“Here is a shout out to John and his team at the Electronic Express in Murfreesboro, TN for getting the brothers at Northwoods an outstanding, down draft stove. The JenAir is an amazing stove, recommended by John. On a few hiccups during the process, not from John, but from the manufacture of the stove, John never stopped trying to get our new stove delivered to us. It's a very rare appliance and difficult to locate. John was amazing. We have bought other appliance through him and EE and he has been nothing but professional, courteous and very consistent with getting our appliance delivered and very high quality. “Our appliance order was canceled by the delivery company when we had to push the date out a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, we only received a text about a partial refund, and I couldn't get any info in our account or with customer service.
I went into the Murfreesboro store with my order paperwork and Cassandra in appliances got to the bottom of it. She was able to re-place the order, price match everything with support from Brandon (manager).
Both employees had excellent customer service and helped me solve the issue. In a world where it is harder and harder to speak with an actual person, Cassandra & Brandon made my day!”

“The hours are great, and it was open on a Monday. They have all of the Riley Blake solids line, which I truly appreciated. They had extra bobbins for my Juki, and a great tools and patterns selection. The owner took the time to understand what machine I have and what I like and dislike about it to recommend a good fit. So much thread from Aurifil to embroidery. A massive HTV and adhesive vinyl selection. They have classroom space and room for guilds to meet. Might be a great spot for a sit and sew.”
