“This location is the best! I went to the Memorial Blvd location but after having to deal with I believe his name is Kenny or Kenneth I will never go back there. He's so unprofessional and rude, I can't believe they hired him. That entire building smelling like body odor. I was coughing and choking on the smell when I walked in and he was the only one in there laying on the counter when he should've been cleaning cause the store was disgusting. He was lazy and obviously didn't want to help me. I'd tell anyone to not go to the Memorial Blvd store. After leaving that store I went straight to the S. Rutherford store and the young lady there was amazing. She listened to everything I had to say and made my day so much better as she fixed my issue no problem. I told her what happened and she immediately worked to fix my problem and she did it with a smile and was so nice. She's Hands Down The Best!! She had the entire store so clean and set up nicely. I will only deal with her and Terrance, I believe is the young man that was also there, from now on. They both worked to fix everything and had me on my way quickly. What's worse is as soon as I said the guy at the other store was rude and I wouldn't go back they both knew who I was talking about so it's apparent I'm not the first to complain about him. How does that guy still have a job? Thank God for these 2 and the Rutherford store. I left there with a smile! Metro needs me employees like these 2. You guys are Rockstars and I will definitely be back to see you! Thank you so much for helping me and being polite and sweet. You're truly amazing. Ps metro they definitely need a bonus or a raise and please do us a favor and fire Kenny at the Memorial store, he's a horrible human with no professional skills.”

“I had a really good experience here while applying for household items. In the past I went through a competitor company of best way, and they failed at every turn. Even not showing up on delivery day. I was really nervous going into this with BESTWAY but they have truly been great at all turns. Tonya at the front desk is very helpful and will work to get you the best pricing she can for your monthly payments, the managers also were very kind though I didn’t have a lot of interaction with them because it wasn’t needed. The delivery man who came, Dominick… was very efficient and helpful. My washer and dryer space was extreme small and he had to work hard to get them in. He did so without any complaints or attitude which was appreciated. I look forward to dealing with them throughout the financing period and maybe even getting more stuff as time goes on. All items I bought were new in the box, not old run down raggedy item. Thanks again.”
“Went to this GameStop instead of the one on Old Fort Parkway (because of my personal experience from them) and they were better. The lady at the front was nice and she was already having trouble with one customer. So working in the same industry, I knew how she felt. I got a replacement for my $75. I don’t know her name but she was chill. I’m going to that GameStop instead from now on. For those reading this, don’t go to the one on Old Fort Parkway because they don’t care at all.”

“The older gentlemen on third shift who wears glasses has always went above and beyond to help me out. His customer service is exceptional and he always builds a report with his customers.In all honesty I previously quit going due to another older gentlemen who was rude. It's been a few months since I came back and the man I seen tonight has always treated me fairly!!In all seriousness, I would take into consideration about giving him a pay raise, bonus, or at least an appreciation party at work!He makes coming to 7/11 feel like home again, you know the corner store by your house!! They always see you more then anyone!Enough said, 7/11 has gained my respects and service back!!”

“My first time in this 7-Eleven, it was clean and the staff was friendly. Food was cooked fresh and I gotta say I may be addicted to their "Drip Drop Hooray" blend of coffee. You should visit here, you'll be pleased. I didn't do too much walking around so I don't know that they offer anything other than the typical gas station. I was there for a cup of joe and fill up. It looked well stocked and the layout was very nice. I'll be back in the morning for more of that coffee. May even grab a Bfast sandwich”

“The cashier was nice and she assisted with getting a digital copy of subnautica when they didn't have a physical copy. She alo told use to go to IGN if there we're any issues. She also double checked to see if we could have a discount through pro she was really helpful. Would go again. It was the girl with short hair and blue eyes so you know who to talk to. (I saw some of the stuff involving the manager in the reviews but he was not there so I chat confirm or deny if they are true.)I didn't catch her name but I looked at the receipt I guess her name is Anisa but idk if it's her name or what.”
