But Carlos was willing and able to answer all my questions ended up getting me a really good promotion so I got a new watch too and didn’t try to push their normal “starter package” that they basically sell EVERYONE, because I had a specific case I always buy elsewhere and had the chargers. Carlos better get some recognition, thank you man!”

“We had made multiple attempts calling the Xfinity customer service and had a terrible experience with trying to get our internet installed. After 3 missed appointments and going without internet for over a week, I went to an actual Xfinity location.Daniel and another associate were very helpful in getting our issue solved. They were able to find me an earlier installation appointment time, and gave me all of our account information. It turns out during our move from IL to TN we had multiple account numbers, which was causing the issue. Daniel even gave me a business card, and I was able to text him regarding any questions or issues I had. As a small business owner, I always appreciate when people go above and beyond to help fix an issue that they themselves weren't responsible for.Now if I were to review the customer service experience through the company it would be terrible, but my experience at this store was great and I wanted to make sure I mentioned that. If you are tired of being on hold for 2 hours and being rerouted through an automated system, please go to this store instead to get it fixed. Thank you!”
