He also replaced the screen on my ipad-dropped off with him at 10:00. Repair was completed at 3:00. Price was great! $15.00 screen protector for the phone. $89 + 20 for tablet repair and a screen protector.”

“This location is the best! I went to the Memorial Blvd location but after having to deal with I believe his name is Kenny or Kenneth I will never go back there. He's so unprofessional and rude, I can't believe they hired him. That entire building smelling like body odor. I was coughing and choking on the smell when I walked in and he was the only one in there laying on the counter when he should've been cleaning cause the store was disgusting. He was lazy and obviously didn't want to help me. I'd tell anyone to not go to the Memorial Blvd store. After leaving that store I went straight to the S. Rutherford store and the young lady there was amazing. She listened to everything I had to say and made my day so much better as she fixed my issue no problem. I told her what happened and she immediately worked to fix my problem and she did it with a smile and was so nice. She's Hands Down The Best!! She had the entire store so clean and set up nicely. I will only deal with her and Terrance, I believe is the young man that was also there, from now on. They both worked to fix everything and had me on my way quickly. What's worse is as soon as I said the guy at the other store was rude and I wouldn't go back they both knew who I was talking about so it's apparent I'm not the first to complain about him. How does that guy still have a job? Thank God for these 2 and the Rutherford store. I left there with a smile! Metro needs me employees like these 2. You guys are Rockstars and I will definitely be back to see you! Thank you so much for helping me and being polite and sweet. You're truly amazing. Ps metro they definitely need a bonus or a raise and please do us a favor and fire Kenny at the Memorial store, he's a horrible human with no professional skills.”

I didn't have the money for a new phone if course I had upgrade options but didn't have the money really so I was about to spend my only money left and noticed something in the charge port. The lady working there I didn't catch her name but she fixed my phone and I really appreciated that, so when I do get another phone I will definitely buy one from there and recommend people to go there.”
