Joe's Computer Shop provides excellent and great service. The staff is super friendly, helpful, patient, and honest. They stand behind their work. They do a great job with both serious PC builds and more basic issues, offering good advice. They walk customers through problems, explain causes, and show how to avoid future issues. Their work is expeditious and repairs are done quickly, often above and beyond expectations with great effort, attention to detail, and due diligence. They take great lengths to diagnose difficult problems. Pricing is fair and worth every dollar. Many customers have had excellent experiences over multiple years and will use the shop again, recommending it to everyone with PC issues.
