They did a great job and super friendly. Walked through everything that he tried with me explained how it happened and how to avoid it in the future 10/10 will use again in the future if another issue pops up and will recommend to everyone with pc issues as well.

I went up there to check if a external hard drive was working and all I got was I have to pay 60 dollars to see if they can get the data off of the drive. Then I would have to pay more to get my data back to me. Never a good place when they charge for doing nothing.

Great service. Joe went out of his way to make sure I had my computer repaired quickly. I was expecting to pay more. He was honest and friendly. This is my second time bringing one of my computers here. Both were excellent experiences.

Excellent experience. Recently built my first computer and had issues with the 4070 GPU fitting, and they were able to help me and also gave good advice for future builds. Great place for the serious PC people as well as people the more basic of issues. Fair pricing, and their work was very expeditious.

Don't go here if you're anything except an old man with a problem on a computer from the 90s. Brought in my gaming laptop to get the screen and bezel replaced and the hinge fixed. I had to call for updates several times as they did not communicate with me once during the entire time they had my laptop, and when I came to get it they handed me the wrong charger twice. They replaced the lcd cover and not the bezel, and there was a white haze on the top part of the screen where they had clearly installed the bezel too tightly. Showed it to Joe and he refused to speak to me after I had to explain the issue 5 times to him and he claimed not to see it. He also tried to speak to my boyfriend over me several times, who had nothing to do with the laptop other than the fact he was there when I brought it. I decided to take it elsewhere to be fixed and he slammed the lid to my computer down before he handed it to me, causing another hazy part to come up on the bottom left corner.If you're a woman, don't take your computer here. Joe doesn't like communicating with women that have computers.Update: he didn't even put the right back on my computer :)) $300 down the drain

Above and beyond expectations. Joe and Andrew took great lengths to diagnose a very difficult issue I was having with my PC. I had monitors just lose signal in the middle of doing stuff. They even sent me home with temporary components, had me bring in my own monitor and cables to check, and even the power cords. The effort, attention to detail, and due diligence was above what I was expecting. Thanks guys

Joe and his staff were very helpful and patient. I had multiple issues with my computer and they got it all solved. I’ve been using Joe’s Computer Shop for over 6 years and I’m sure glad he’s here local!!!

Great service and the bill was respectfully under $100 and he took care of my sisters computer pretty fast and very well. I recommend if you need computer repair. Joe himself was a great guy and talked me and my sister through it all step by step! Great place

Good shop, reliable service you can count on. The reason I am not giving 5 ⭐, is because I brought my Acer Note book password reset. They get the job done. What surprises me is they ask me to bring my charger because it died. How come you service computers, don't have a universal charger. My previous encounters with several shops for servicing my computer, I never been asked for even though I usually say do you need my charger, they usually said they don't need it. But anyway I just share my experience with other users. Please make sure you tell them if they need a charger for servicing your notebook. Saving time and gas.
