“This lab is so AMAZING bc of 2 wonderful phlebotomists: Stephanie S. and Eugeka “E” L! They are so kind and sweet! Stephanie did a phenomenal job sticking me with my cruddy veins to get 6 vials, and E was helping show her some admin work on the computer in order to get hose vials drawn. E stayed bc of my veins a being a “hard stick” and there’s an unwritten code that as a good phlebotomist that there is the “2 stick rule”, which as a past phlebotomist, I appreciate E staying bc I know how bad my veins are. However, Stephanie was able to draw my blood on the very first stick- which is practically unable to do when it comes to my veins!
I will make it a point to come back to this lab for these 2 phlebotomists to draw my blood than I will to ever wait in line at my doctor’s office again.

If Stephanie and E just so happen to read this review: Thank you so much E and Stephanie for y’all’s kindness and sweetness- my heart was in dire need of you both this afternoon. And thanks Stephanie for leading a prayer and E for being so supportive while talking and reminding me that I “have a purpose for still being here.” I couldn’t have asked for 2 better caring, kind, and compassionate phlebotomists. And as I mentioned it above, I will make it a point to return to y’alls lab bc of how y’all treated me with kindness and how I wasn’t treated as “just another arm in the chair” that happens at so many labs and with so many phlebotomist attitudes. You both are truly the BEST!!!”

“Amazing service, staff, And visit. I believe some of the people who complain in reviews don’t follow directions like having an appointment. We had a lady getting upset that some people were called back before her, as she proudly proclaimed she had been waiting 50 minutes. But she walked in without an appointment 50 minutes ago. She briskly left in a huff!

The communication of the staff to the waiting room was respectful and timely.

The employee I had was one of the kindest, professional, and dedicated people I’ve ever met. I have met a friend for life and will do all of my private labs at the Murfreesboro location.

The waiting room fills up. And the people in the waiting room were quiet and considerate. People are there for all kinds of lab work. You can’t assume everyone is there for the same test as you are. The disposition of the people waiting can have a huge impact on the environment. We need to be loving to one another. I remember the concept that you never know what another person is experiencing in their life, therefore I try to be kind.

I had blood drawn and Sharon had it done before I even noticed the needle went in. What a delight to have a professional hit the vein so perfectly!

I hope you will give this location a try regardless of the negative reviews. Bring kindness in when you enter the waiting. Go to the kiosk and check in, unless you did it

I is located in the buildings behind Red Robin and doors down from First Watch, right next to a State Farm. My husband and I had a lovely breakfast after at First Watch. It was a great morning.”
