“The Boro Buckle is my happy place. When I moved to TN in 2023, my UHaul trailer was stolen along with nearly my entire wardrobe. As I've been rebuilding my wardrobe back with each season, the Boro Buckle has been my favorite store for the best styles with the most helpful associates. Blake has helped me find the perfect outfit so many times. I don't know how he finds the perfect fit for me after I've already combed the store, but he does! This weekend, Jackson helped me find great deals. So many others have helped me too. Thank you Buckle family for helping me recover from a terrible tragedy!”

“My partner and I ducked into the store with our six year old because we both used to be Hot Topic kids and I saw some fun backpacks I thought our kid would like through the window. The level of service we received was exceptional! I have been in both boutique and corporate retail management for over 15 years, and would hire any of the people working that day in a heartbeat. Everyone at this location deserves a massive raise (because even the worst retail employee is underpaid)! I have not received that level of service in years. They were all incredibly attentive, aware of who was in the store and where they were, and were engaged and eager to help us at any moment. I don’t really shop at chains or corporate retail anymore, but I will definitely be back to this location simply because of staff. Five stars all around!”

“I cant give enough stars to Kiauna at the MAC makeup counter. She is so knowledgeable and good at what she does! She colormatched me with makeup and explained how to apply it she gave me a sample of some cream to use and wrote on the box when to apply it. The makeup is very high quality and the service was above and beyond. If you are in the market for makeup go see Kiauna you will not be disappointed.”
