Very unprofessional and rude at this location Came in for a transaction not going through and they didn’t help they said call regions (I’m already here ? ) to get it resolved ! Man at the front desk was very rude as well ! Wouldn’t recommend this location !

Have been sitting in the lobby for over an hr to have somebody send a wire . Worst customer service I’ve ever seen! 8 people behind me also waiting! Absolutely ridiculous! I would give a zero if I could!
