“So there I was, on the hunt for the best HELOC I could find. I had been sniffin around all the predatory banking agencies looking for an adequate accomplice to help me render the best deal I could find outside of the secret boy clubs up in wallstreet. It was Day 12 of checking out agents and today I had a clandestine meeting with Ashley. She was all nice and asked me how I was and how she could help me today but I could see past the fake façade grown from years of customer service! I saw the Predator prepared for this succulent dinner that had just walked in. We began going over the various offers available and she expertly navigated the various different factors and points that would best line up with what I was trying to do. It was shortly after that my application was submitted and I waited for the trap to close around me! but it didn't. She reached out promptly for more documents and I promptly provided. Here it was. The trap! another email came a little later on. I was approved. And confused. This was no trap! It turned out to be a really awesome and smooth experience and Ashley was awesome during the entire process while working through the various things to get a Heloc.”

“Very smooth and easy process when signing up for a new checking account. I only banked online and I needed to cash a check. Unfortunately the check that was written out didn’t have a bank on it so no bank was able to cash it. That said, Hailey Webb at this location made my headache go away by just easily setting me up with an account and I was out in 15 minutes. Unfortunately, she did tell me that I would have to wait 9 days until I saw the check that I deposited, which sucked, but I was okay with it. Not even 5 minutes after I left, she emailed me and said that she was able to get the hold removed from my check and that I will see the funds by midnight. Something I hadn’t even asked or expressed to her as a request, was taken into her own hands and made my experience that much better. Needless to say, I felt that Haley was deserving of this review as I think she went above and beyond to make sure that I enjoy my banking experience with First Horizon. Thank you Hailey!”

However, when I do need to make a physical withdrawal or deposit the ladies working the teller counter here are always quick, accurate, & helpful. There is a US Bank near my home in Nashville but I wait to come to this one on my way to work because they are far more friendly.
