“The service at Rutherford Credit is AWESOME!!! We have had a few loans serviced through their great team, headed by the their Manager Nicole. The whole staff is courteous and professional. Customer service is job #1. They truly are people helping people. When we never thought we would be approved for a loan, Rutherford Credit worked with us and again when we had hard times making our payments. They always thought outside the box and found a solution to fit our needs. When we needed more funds again they stepped forward and helped us out when we still had a loan that we were paying on. I recently needed a loan and my Loan Officer is Marcus Victory. He's professional, extremely busy, yet makes you feel like you are his only customer. I had some paperwork that needed signing by a certain date. I had a family situation and he took his lunch hour and came to my house so we wouldn't miss our date . Kelly is my personal teller and she's the best! I go in vs. drive through to visit. Would never switch banks! In 2010, they had a surprise 90th birthday party, at the bank, for my dad. When my mom was sick, Debbie came by with a really soft Pinnacle blanket. They go the extra mile. If you want to feel valued, Pinnacle at Rutherford is the place!”

One other time I went into branch to change my debit card - the card machine was down. The personnel in the branch can’t provide the needed assistance when the other systems are not functioning. Has to be so frustrating.”

Recently I tried to deposit a check into my online account using my phone, as the nearest Pinnacle branch hub to my house is 50 miles from my house. I was not allowed to complete the process that I had completed over and over in the past. It confirmed the theory in my mind that the people and organization and industries that you build a lifetime building a trusting relationship with are not as important to them as the distance between you and them as it is to you. I wouldn't have had to drive 50 miles to cash a check if I had a bank here, but Pinnacle has been good to me...but how good?”

The Medical Center Pkey location is convenient when I do my errands, it’s easy to get in and out of their drive thru, service is efficient with no long waiting in line, and the tellers offer service with efficiency. When I go inside for a service request, I am treated the same way.”
