Rutherford Farmers Co-Op

Hours: Rutherford Farmers Cooperative, established in 1945, serves the farming community in Rutherford, Cannon, and Dekalb counties by providing quality agricultural inputs. The cooperative is staffed with knowledgeable specialists who extend their expertise beyond the store, assisting farmers directly in the field with problem diagnosis, management programs, and equipment support. While the cooperative is a go-to place for farm supplies, some customers have reported mixed experiences. A few have found the staff at the farm desk less helpful, feeling that their questions are met with annoyance. However, many customers appreciate the friendly service from other staff members, noting their helpfulness when purchasing items like chicks and tires. The environment for baby chicks is described as clean and well-maintained, and interactions with staff have been positive during visits. Overall, Rutherford Farmers Cooperative offers a variety of farm-related products and services, and while customer service experiences may vary, it remains a key resource for the local farming community.
