“I drove in from out of town on a Friday and my check engine light came on. I had to leave on Sunday and they could have charged whatever they wanted. I was at their mercy. They told me it was a pressure issue because the oil level was low which set off the code. Added oil and sent me on my way free of charge. It’s so refreshing to find honest people!!”

“Purchased 4 travel trailers tires online and didn't make an appointment because I wasn't sure how long it would take me to take the old ones off a two axle trailer to take them to the store. Called the store the next morning as the web site suggests to make sure the tires were in stock, which they were (accurate website). Took the old tires and wheels to the store where they assisted in unloading and loading the new ones. Was at the store less than one hour without an appointment.”

“Tyler and his team at B&B are excellent to work with. We have a T880 that has had an issue with the ac working. We had taken it to 4 other shops previously none of them figured it out. “THESE GUYS ROCK,This morning, as we (Cleveland High School Robotics Club) traveled from our Hotel to MTSU for a robotics competition witnessed the team’s trailer as it lifted off of the hitch ball and fell to the road.(Thank You Jesus for watching over us and protecting us, it could have been a disaster but the safety chains did their job and kept the trailer from getting loose)(Thank You Jesus, because it could have happened on the highway)AND THANK YOU JESUS cause it happened in front of the Co-Op Tire Store.As I assessed the situation, these guys had already snapped into action with their Forklift, coming to our rescue.They had the part we needed to fix the hitch and in less than 20 minutes we were on our way again.Because of the heat of the moment and us having to get the students to the competition I did not get their names but they know who they are and I just wanted to give them all a HUGE SHOUT-OUT and a BIG THANK YOUKeep up the good work.”

I was on the side of the road with a cracked radiator at 10:30 this morning, after getting a tow lined up I called these guys and he had a quote that was the best I could find and had the part there before my truck got there and got me back on the road by the afternoon!! “Story first: I actually am (was) a Discount Tire customer. I thought I had made an appointment with them to repair my tire because I’m a customer. But what I had accidentally done was make my repair appointment with Tire Discounters whose location is literally walking distance from Discount Tires.
Honest mistake, but I’m super thankful for it. Kayla who helped me upfront was so nice and told me they’d be happy to look at my car and didn’t charge for tire repair. (I was skeptical)
I said well they also need rotate and balance thinking that would be the go back to the other guys moment. She said no problem. Give us a chance. I did.
Tyler worked on my car. They did the tire repair and rotation. Checked my brake pads. And true to their word, no charge. As it being my first time I was shocked in the best way possible.
I’m pretty sure I’m a former Discount Tire customer and have moved my business. They also do oil changes and I will be needing that next.”

“I highly recommend this store! I got off work later than planned, which meant it was just before closing time. I didn't want to keep them late, but I knew I couldn't put off having my tire inspected, so I stopped in to ask about scheduleing an appointment for the following morning. Once they heard I suspected a tire was separating, they insisted it be looked at because of safety reasons. Sure enough, the tire was damaged, and it was a matter of time before it completely left me stranded or worse. I don't recommend everyone come in so close to closing, but I appreciated them prioritizing safety over convenience. I'll be returning to them for all my tire needs.”
“Eric and the Wheel Workz could not have been more helpful in getting us back on the road. On our way to Chicago we were stranded in Murfreesboro with a cracked wheel. The local Firestone dealer told us that Wheel Workz would be the best place to go and he was right. The next morning we were at Wheel Workz when it opened. Eric straightened out the rim, had the crack welded and got us on our way before lunch. And all at a very fair price.”
