“I drove in from out of town on a Friday and my check engine light came on. I had to leave on Sunday and they could have charged whatever they wanted. I was at their mercy. They told me it was a pressure issue because the oil level was low which set off the code. Added oil and sent me on my way free of charge. It’s so refreshing to find honest people!!”

“Tireworld will always have my business. My biggest suggestion, pay extra for the hazard warranty. That warranty has paid for itself so many times. Blown tire from the Tennessee potholes, nail from the forever construction...you don't have to pay for a new tire, if it's repairable, just bring it to them. If the tire isn't, then you simply pay for a new hazard warranty on the new tire....a far better solution for your pocketbook. The workers are always awesome and helpful. I am grateful for them.”

Years back, there was a change in management. Guy seemed ok, until he bent a company wheel and refused to own HIS PROBLEM! My company dropped TD like a bad habit.
As it happens, l came it for an oil change, to see if anything changed. It was like night and day!!!!!
The new service manager, Brandon Sain is incredibly knowledgeable AND helpful. This man got me back into the fold here at Tire Discounters in S. Church St. in Murfreesboro. Would give them 10 stars if l could! No upsell as before, unless a legitimate issue is found.”

“I highly recommend this store! I got off work later than planned, which meant it was just before closing time. I didn't want to keep them late, but I knew I couldn't put off having my tire inspected, so I stopped in to ask about scheduleing an appointment for the following morning. Once they heard I suspected a tire was separating, they insisted it be looked at because of safety reasons. Sure enough, the tire was damaged, and it was a matter of time before it completely left me stranded or worse. I don't recommend everyone come in so close to closing, but I appreciated them prioritizing safety over convenience. I'll be returning to them for all my tire needs.”
