“My favorite thift stop in Murfreesboro. Have higher prices then other shops, but the managers/staff are always helpful and the vibes are great Embarrassingly, I dropped an item and it broke after I paid. No problem for these wonderful people, they pulled out the vacuum, made sure I hadn't hurt myself, and even let me get another item free of charge to replace the one I broke.”

“This is one of most absolutely amazingly well curated and organized stores I have ever seen! It feels like a boutique without the outrageous prices!! All the associates are delightful and helpful! The store is easy to walk and navigate, wide walkways with no worries of tripping! I struggle to describe all they offer because it is so vast, it is well sorted by size, love that personality! A true hidden gem! Please donate to this organization to keep it thriving!”

“I have 0 complaints. Starting off, everything here is cheap. I'll be honest: I'm a brokie. I've been looking for some Dr. Martens that I could actually afford and this place had them. They fit perfectly and I even found my cousin a pair (shown in picture). Following that they have a great selection. This store has named brands that are really cool. They even had Taylor Swift shirts. Finally the staff is very friendly. They are all so awesome and work so hard to keep the customers happy. This store is a 10/10 I definitely recommend and will always be coming here.”

“We had an awesome experience here. This is a great little place. It's clean, well stocked, and certainly well priced. When is the last time you could buy clean quality baby clothes for .99 cents? Wait a minute...You mean people donate clean items to you, you give back to the community as well, if not better than Greedywill, but you don't pay yourself a huge salary where it's necessary to price-gouge your customers and still call yourself a non-profit company? Greedywill needs to wake up. This is exactly what customers are looking for. Not a place too expensive for poor folks to shop. I know they've had issues with staffing in the past but we did not! There were three employees working and all were friendly and helpful. Come on folks, act like adults. If you have an issue with any store employee, call back and speak to the manager or owner instead of just giving a bad review and being angry about their policies. Times are hard for so many people right now. Support this place because it's definitely needed in our community!”

“The Wife & I Donated a couch, love seat, & my recently passed Dad's wheelchair and walker. The staff couldn't have been more gracious. Helping us unload said equipment and thanking us
Definitely where my donations will go in the future”

“Could the Murfreesboro Church Street location either remove the clothing size markers or PUT THE SIZES IN THE CORRECT SIZE MARKERS. So frustrating! The only Goodwill in this area that does that.”

“Great prices and very kind/understanding staff! All the clothes marked below 10 dollars were 99 cents, so I found brand new clothes for super cheap! Definitely recommend :)”

“While down in the Boro yesterday, I decided to drop off some house goods items at this location. When I pulled up, I noted a donation cart sitting out front with help-yourself receipts neatly tucked in a front pocket. For a moment, I wondered if the center was open, but then I could see employees inside the moving about. I'm assuming they roll a cart out front on nice weather days for convenience. This location appears to be very well-kept as all the items I could see inside were neatly stacked.I was able to park and place the few boxes and bags I had in the bin in less than 15 seconds. Fastest, contactless donation drop-off ever.It is also easy to get in and out of this location, which is a huge plus considering traffic these days...especially in the Boro.”

“An overall nice and clean goodwill location. They’ve got lots of variety of things. It’s like a hit or miss location, sometimes they’ve got greet stuff and sometimes they don’t. You’ve just got to pop in and see what they have from time to time. Very clean inside and the staff was polite and quickly got us checked out and on our way. In a pretty good area too which was nice. There’s a lot of great places to eat around the area too.”

“Every Goodwill I've ever been to, hangs their dresses on racks that are higher than all the other clothes racks. That wouldn't be a problem if their dresses weren't always crammed together so tight that after 5 minutes your arms are sore from having to reach up & struggle what each one looks like! If they want those dresses to sell, they NEED TO CHANGE THEIR SYSTEM of hanging!”
