“Matthew, the Store Manager, did an excellent job explaining everything about the beds. He asked a lot of questions when I first walked in, which caught me a little off guard at first, but after going through the entire process, I understood why. He genuinely cared about finding the right solution for me instead of simply trying to sell me the most expensive option. He clearly explained how the beds work, how each model differs, and how everything is put together. He was thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and easy to understand. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend working with him.”

“Owen was very helpful and polite. He special ordered ceiling fans for us. We went out to the garden center and Barry was awesome also. He told me to bring pictures and measurements and then he will help with ideal plants for my area. The customer service from these two gentleman was excellent!
