I want to give a shout out to Melvin Johnson, he took his time and helped me with a difficult problem. He stuck with me until he got a solution . I appreciate him so much for the excellent service. Thank you again Melvin!

I don't have an issue with the branch or the employees. My issue is I had to drive 10 miles to the nearest branch. I go by Ascend to get there. US Bank needs to find a location closer than that to keep customers in the areas they used to have facilities. Having 2 branches in town doesn't help.
