I believe Torbin, a young gentleman, he made me feel so welcome and gave me all the time I needed when I was saying my goodbyes. He made me laugh too and it was needed cause I cried for a long time. “Our cat started to show some very sudden and concerning signs for a potential urine blockage. I called several places before Barfield and struggled to find anyone who could see us. Barfield takes walk ins- but had availability and was able to schedule us a last minute appointment. We unfortunately were not prepared for an emergency vet visit and when I explained that, they did not compromise care. Our buddy was treated well and as gently as I would hope a vet and staff would for a pet who may not be feeling well. Dr. Fetterman was very thorough in his explanation and care and came across as knowledgeable when it comes to cats- we’ve had several vets dismiss feline concerns as just typical behavior or stress, Dr. Fetterman took the time to confirm a diagnosis without this being his first and only assumption. We will most likely be moving permanent care to this office.
The staff that did intake took time to listen and document all of our concerns and make sure follow up was scheduled and all questions were answered. The front of house staff were also very polite, patient, and attentive. For us having scheduled the same day just a few hours prior- everything from checking in to checkout was a breeze and kept to schedule.”

“I recently rushed my senior dog in, in a bit of a panic, several hours early for his appointment to try to avoid going to the emergency vet. Everyone was so kind and found a way for him to be seen immediately. Dr. Pate and the vet tech were so gentle with him (and with me). Their responsiveness and follow-up after the visit have been wonderful.”
“Always great service every time I am there. In and out. I wish the weight scale was more cooperative but it is what it is while it's there. I appreciate the military discount too. I have no preference on the Veterinarians or the Techs. They all are efficient at their jobs and treat my pets and I with respect and care.”

“I brought my mastiff if when her stiches came undone at 2am with a life threatening infection. They took her in and saved her life with emergency surgery the next morning. Very reasonable priced and very competent staff. My mastiff is typical reactive but that had no issues with her due to their experience with dogs.”

“We’ve taken our pets to Warren Animal Hospital for years. Dr Warren’s knowledge and expertise is unsurpassed. Recently when our Shih-Tzu with IVDD suffered a spinal injury and was partially paralyzed before the surgical option, she recommended conservative therapy along with acupuncture. Which she administered herself with astounding results. We were beyond grateful to report that he made a full recovery! She’s also preformed multiple oral surgeries for our FIV, positive rescue cat with amazing results. From spay and neuters, to basic checkups and vaccines, from illness and injuries to surgeries, we wouldn’t trust anyone else with our fur babies. The knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff at Warren Animal Hospital is an added bonus!”
“He is such a great doctor and the vet techs are wonderful as well. They always tell you everything and give lots of affordable options. They have the lowest pricing I have ever seen and they really aren't doing it for money. You can tell. And my cat has always been comfortable with them. I mean he is well-behaved but they are also very gentle and their energy is so loving and calm. I cannot recommend them enough. They really are the best.”

“The doctors are so caring and respectful. I don't feel like they are trying to upsell or overcharge me like other vet practices. My dog needed a procedure after I had been out of work for 3 months amd money was very tight, and they offered a full spectrum of treatment options instead of "pet parent shaming" me for not choosing the top of the line, latest and greatest treatment. Together, we chose a viable, less invasive and less expensive option, and they treated my furry boy and me with kindness and respect. They are my new vet's office of choice!”
“We've been here since January 2016. We really like Animal Medical Center on River Rock (Dr Heathcock). Everyone is kind and the fact they are open 24/7 is so convenient. But - it can be a little chaotic there with all the noise a busy vet clinic brings. Another thing we like about them is if you board your animals, you can pick them up or drop them off anytime - such as 10pm on a Sunday night. We also had to take one of our cats in as an emergency a couple years ago late at night and they charge very little extra money for emergency care and we were really happy with the service.”
“I like Banfield, staff is professional and friendly, so far no real surprise charges. I typically ask up front what the charge will be. Sometimes, there are things that are not covered in the care plan they have. One of my dogs has lupus and they have done a great job managing it. Though my 2 Pyrenees recieve excellent and consistent care... Banfield has a problem with turn-over. I almost never see the same vet, nurses, or receptionist, I've been coming to Banfield for 4 years and have yet to talk to one person who took care of my dogs at any time in the past 4 years. That's the only thing I don't really care for, but is not a deal breaker for me.”
