“I have more pets now than I ever planned on but doctor Anderson is reasonable and I'm able to take care of them. All my pets were left in a box on the porch or rescued kittens. The receptionist is wonderful she's very knowledgeable.
In one reason Dr Anderson can keep the price down because they have such a good secretary and she keeps good Records.
Technology raises prices that a lot of people cannot afford.”

“Family Pet Health is nothing short of amazing. The staff are all incredible, too. My angel pup of 12 years, Lola, passed away on 8/30/25 and the doctor on call and other staff members stood ready and willing to stay after hours to ensure a peaceful passing for Lola. Fast forward to today, we now own a rescue named Poe, and they now take care of him as well. Very happy with this vet!”

“We’ve been going to this office for years. From the front desk, to the techs, to the doctors, you won’t find a better group. They lead with compassion and honesty. We’ve seen all 3 vets at different times and all were fantastic. One of our dogs receives monthly injections, so we get to visit with the techs and front desk staff regularly. Stellar office with stellar care.
Unfortunately, we had a loss yesterday but they walked us through the process and our good boy died with dignity. It was so peaceful. We chose private cremation and he was back home with us a day later.”

“I am very grateful for what you guys do. I’m appreciative for the sense of urgency from Alex, who triaged my pup right away. The staff did a great job updating me through the night about the status of my dog.
The reason for 4/5 stars is strictly bc the amount of stress they kept putting in the money/ costs. It was very uncomfortable, and felt pushy, I overheard a male staff and front desk staff state “The hit the bingo card” after I gave clearance to do what ever it would take to save my dog. It instantly broke my trust, and made me feel like a dollar sign and not a human with an animal in distress.”

“The doctors are so caring and respectful. I don't feel like they are trying to upsell or overcharge me like other vet practices. My dog needed a procedure after I had been out of work for 3 months amd money was very tight, and they offered a full spectrum of treatment options instead of "pet parent shaming" me for not choosing the top of the line, latest and greatest treatment. Together, we chose a viable, less invasive and less expensive option, and they treated my furry boy and me with kindness and respect. They are my new vet's office of choice!”

“We've been here since January 2016. We really like Animal Medical Center on River Rock (Dr Heathcock). Everyone is kind and the fact they are open 24/7 is so convenient. But - it can be a little chaotic there with all the noise a busy vet clinic brings. Another thing we like about them is if you board your animals, you can pick them up or drop them off anytime - such as 10pm on a Sunday night. We also had to take one of our cats in as an emergency a couple years ago late at night and they charge very little extra money for emergency care and we were really happy with the service.”
“I like Banfield, staff is professional and friendly, so far no real surprise charges. I typically ask up front what the charge will be. Sometimes, there are things that are not covered in the care plan they have. One of my dogs has lupus and they have done a great job managing it. Though my 2 Pyrenees recieve excellent and consistent care... Banfield has a problem with turn-over. I almost never see the same vet, nurses, or receptionist, I've been coming to Banfield for 4 years and have yet to talk to one person who took care of my dogs at any time in the past 4 years. That's the only thing I don't really care for, but is not a deal breaker for me.”

It was my first time there today (11-4-2020) and The lady at the front desk and Tyler were both very nice and friendly and they were wonderful with my fur baby Leia for her wellness exam and shots.
