Banfield Pet Hospital

Veterinarians
Hours: Banfield Pet Hospital is located in Murfreesboro, TN on Old Fort Parkway, adjacent to a shopping mall inside a PetSmart with quick interstate access. It is described as a reliable local vet. Reviews note the staff is professional, friendly, very nice, efficient, caring, and understanding. They offer helpful resources and are able to provide appointments on short notice. Many pets receive excellent, consistent, and great care, with specific praise for managing ongoing conditions. The atmosphere is good. However, the clinic is always busy, which can sometimes lead to a wait or a delayed check-in. A significant concern is high staff turnover, with clients rarely seeing the same vet or team members across multiple visits. Despite this, the care provided is generally not a deal breaker for reviewers.
