Possibility of moving up into Tier 3 or management positions. Negatives: raises are by tenure, you don't get anything extra for being trained in multiple departments or for performing above expectations. Tier 1 employees top out in 3 years. No incentive to excell.”

“I put the wrong address on a package. I knew the business would be closed and I didn’t want the package to be returned. I was distraught!! I called the 1-800 number but was not able to speak to a human. I searched online to find a local phone number and after 15 minutes of googling and clicking, I found one. Had 19 pallets of water.
