I had a major issue with my account and Sam Wick (I hope I spelled your name right) went absolutely above and beyond on fixing the matter. I could not recommend a better bank in middle Tennessee than WBT

Mara is extremely sweet! Ask for her. Very clean bank location with an excellent selection of services. They are at a busy intersection, but it is worthwhile going here.
