My husband and I put in a application they took 25 dollars off my card i have my agreement saying my first payment will be due on the 14th and they would deliver my item in 2 to 3 days we just call them and they are saying now I would not get it until the 7th and they were going to take their first payment on the 6th so we tell them to cancel our agreement and refund my 25 dollars and the refuse to put it back on my card the said they had to mail a check guys this is so wrong what they are doing I don't recommend this store find a better bussiness guys one where the customer's matter

Person didn’t put my legs on straight on my couch and on top of that I didn’t even get the tv I ordered and another tv was broke so I have to wait to get a new one
don’t waste y’all time nor money on this

I have gotten a washer and dryer delivered today by a gentleman through the Gallatin Road Madison branch. I was very impressed because I did not expect my delivery due to the snowy conditions. The gentleman who delivered was amazing and outstanding my driveway is about a quarter of a mile uphill and because of the weather he parked at the bottom of my driveway and hauled them up the hill in the snow and mud. I have to praise him for all he did for us. He was very pleasant to speak with and was very polite. He treated my home with respect. He was just all around an amazing person. You guys have gone above and beyond and he deserves a raise for what he did for me today. You have an amazing gentleman working for you guys. Thank you guys for making my delivery today in this crappy weather and a big thank you to our delivery driver... he was outstanding and I made sure to call and inform you guys of his hard work.

The female manager at this location is rude, disrespectful and flat out wrong for the position she is in! I have been a loyal customer and bought 3 appliances from this location going on 5 years now. First off don't send nobody to my house after being 4 days late, simply just because i had forgot about the payment doesn't mean that it's not going to get paid. She never once said that they had been trying to call me or anything and I had not had any missed calls or voicemails from anyone there. Like I stated previously almost 5 years and 3 appliances later you would think that they would appreciate my business but no I will never buy anything from this location again if she is still in charge. Then as I'm standing out in 30 degree weather with her guy that she sent over and now she's saying I owe more money and have extra fees which not once in 5 years I have had before. I told her I paid whatever the last guy I talked to told me to pay last month and instead of saying well it was there mistake she made it out like I was lying about it and today I checked my app and it's got a fee for you sending someone to my house what a joke you are!!! Once again steer far away from this location she will try and rip you off anyway she can!!!

Walked in to inquire about furniture for my new apartment. Sales rep was bossy and had no emotion. She acted as if she didn’t want to be there. I’m asking about several pieces and she TOLD me “we need to see what your leasing power is”. I explained to her I’ve leased with Aaron’s and income isn’t an issue. She wouldn’t answer any questions. She just told me she needed an application. I played her game and applied. I almost didn’t apply due to her poor attitude but I need furniture as fast as possible. I’m approved for way more than enough for what I needed. After she forces me into applying (before I get questions answered) it is then that she tells me they can’t deliver until middle of next month. She could have told me that before making me apply. She just kept pushing and pushing for the application instead of LISTENTING and HELPING the customer. Horrible customer service!

Horrible experience with them before it even got started! Made my purchase online. Never heard anything about when they would deliver so after a few days I called them and they said it hadn’t arrived to them yet, so I waited a few more days and called back, they gave me the delivery date and said they would call the day before delivery and tell me the time. 5 pm the day before delivery I haven’t heard anything and finally call them again, where they stated my payment was declined (even though I can pull it up and see that it went through my bank acct)she told me she had tried to call but I have no missed calls and no voicemails.i asked why she didn’t leave a voicemail if she called and she just replied that she called. These people are extremely hard to reach when calling!

BEWARE OF BED BUGS & LICE!!
My husband and I went there on 6/19/24 to look at their in-store furniture options. About an hour later on our way home we noticed bed bugs on our clothes and in our car. We thoroughly searched and cleaned our house and our own bed last night, but found no evidence of any in our own home. We even had pest control come out the next day where they sprayed as a precaution {I'm extremely paranoid if you couldn't tell} but confirmed that our house, bed, and furniture is clear and that they had to of "hitch hiked". THERE ARE NO OTHER PLACES WE CAME IN CONTACT WITH OR VISITED THAT COULD'VE RESULTED IN THIS! WE WILL NEVER BE VISITING ANOTHER AARON'S STORE AGAIN!
Update 6/21/24: 2 days later and now my husband has lice! What the actual F Aaron's! We've never had any of these issues in our entire lives until we decided to go into Aaron's. I STILL REPEAT THAT WE WILL NEVER EVER LOOK AT ANOTHER AARON'S STORE AGAIN!!

I wish I could put 0 stars !!! I ordered a bedroom set almost two months ago the store had my bed on December 8th … Here it is January 9th and they cancelled my order after never trying to contact me about anything but let them tell it they called and I didn’t answer although my phone never rung!!! The most unprofessional unorganized ghetto establishment I have ever been to !!! They’re rude every time I call they want to talk over you needless to say I called around Dec 20th to see what was the hold up and was told the earliest delivery date was Jan 5th but instead of trying to drop my bed off they just cancelled my order all together …
