I wish I could put 0 stars !!! I ordered a bedroom set almost two months ago the store had my bed on December 8th … Here it is January 9th and they cancelled my order after never trying to contact me about anything but let them tell it they called and I didn’t answer although my phone never rung!!! The most unprofessional unorganized ghetto establishment I have ever been to !!! They’re rude every time I call they want to talk over you needless to say I called around Dec 20th to see what was the hold up and was told the earliest delivery date was Jan 5th but instead of trying to drop my bed off they just cancelled my order all together …

Horribe. Terrible customer service. I wasn't even supposed to be expecting a call. I received a missed call so I decided to call back. The lady answers the phone and I ask 1 simple question. I received a missed call I was wondering why I was called. She skipped over my question and when I responded with my original question she decided to hang up after getting after getting upset for no reason. And yes ma'am I do have a account and will be contacting corporate. Thanks have a nice day.

The lies they tell you throughout the entire process is RIDICULOUS & bad for business. One lie turns into another & they tell them as if you can’t or won’t remember the first lie that began a trail of them. Practices are off, timing of delivery has been terrible, training is especially poor. They even throw their lies on corporate. One minute they have your stuff until you’re ready for it then it’s so called coming from another store. One day the store clearance prices is one amount if you ask one person then on another day the prices are different if you ask another. The female manager (I assume) is behind it all.

Bought a washer and dryer. They installed it.Samsung came and looked at the dryer when it went out , because Aaron’s didn’t have time to I guess , they made appointment with me to come check it but they never showed up or called so I suppose they had more important things going on.Turns out my house almost got burned down because the installation guy lost a screw and just used a random one .I called to let the store know. They said they’d call me back. No call back.Absolutely do not get anything from them if you want to feel safe about the purchase

Costumer service is horrible. The people that works here are very rude. This is at the Madison store. I've brought a lot of items from this store but after this is paid off I won't be buying anything else from this location

You'll call about a payment that's already been made and harass me and tell me I'm wrong, and never admit you're right just angrily hang up the phone when you realize you were wrong and I did your job for you.But you can't call to say hey this won't be delivered today, instead continue to say it will be delivered today and never call when it isn't delivered two hours after saying it's the next stop.Companies really need to get back to not hiring every non grad who can't actually perform their job correctly. You're customer service not a debt collector lmao.

I went into the Madison TN store and picked a living room suite off the floor that they had just put on the floor. The associate was great on that day. But when it came time for the furniture to be delivered that was another thing, my friend waited for my furniture to be delivered cause I had to work, the driver called saying they 20 minutes away. As soon as they pull the couch off the truck it was broke, the driver informed me he called the store and let the manager know and I told him ok, he asked did I want to them to leave the loveseat and I informed him that I did and to have the couch reordered for me. I called the the next week to see when it will be in and they said the truck comes on Thursday, so I called Thursday to see if it had came and what would be a good delivery time either Friday or Saturday. They informed me the truck was delayed and they would call me on Monday. Of course Monday came around and no call so I called them and the associated informed me that the truck still hadn't came in and that's why they didn't call me. I said okay and hung up. So I called yesterday and the associate went to ask the manager about the couch not knowing she didn't put me on hold and I heard the manager say" thats the couch on the dock that was broke upon delivery and also said let me order this couch." She never put the order in upon them informing her I wanted that particular living room set. I got disconnected and I called back told the asaociate I heard their whole conversation and they can come pick up the loveseat and I never had this experience before. She said that they can come pick it up on Wednesday and I said that was fine. I have already reported it to the email. Never had the experience before and I this is the only store that I have had this experience from.

Ordered washer and dryer online said 2-3 days for delivery a week later finally showed up delivery guy said they didn't have 4prong Adapters so I was going to get it myself come to find out it has no cord at all same guy shows back up and tell my wife he told me it didn't have a cord when she heard him when he was there before lied and gave my wife attitude

Never delivered my whole bedroom suit and then sold me the same suit without a bed then didn't try to help me buy one... when I called to ask where the rest of my room at? I got an i don't know... huh... not worth my $3000 I will not be going back.

I will say that Tina is absolutely an amazing Sales lady. She answered all of our questions thoroughly. The only issues we did have is delivery. I do think that this store should hire more people to deliver furniture. I also realize how hard it is to find good people that want to work. My furniture was to be delivered on Friday, well Friday rolls around and they told me it wasn't going to be delivered. We made such a fuss about getting it delivered because we had 5 kids sitting on the floor. They did bring a driver out and he was amazing. However, my husband and teenage son had to help him bring everything in. Again, I get it. People don't want to work. Was a good experience overall though. Just please hire more help.
