“I cannot say enough good things about Tapestry at Brentwood and the amazing experience I have had so far.

I was in a very stressful situation after deciding not to sign a questionable lease for a townhome on a Wednesday afternoon. I was also starting a new job two hours away the following Monday, so I needed to find a place quickly. I started calling apartment communities in the area after 5 PM, and even though several places were listed as open until 6 PM, Tapestry at Brentwood was the only one that answered the phone.

Chloe was the receptionist who helped me, and she was absolutely incredible. I explained my situation, the floor plan I was hoping for, and that I honestly was not in a position to be too picky because of the time crunch. From that moment on, Chloe went above and beyond to help me. The communication between her, the office, and the company was outstanding, and she helped make the paperwork process smooth and manageable.

Thanks to her help, I was able to move in by that same Friday. Chloe even stayed a little late to greet me when I arrived and make sure I was squared away. That level of kindness and professionalism meant so much during such a stressful week. I can’t thank her enough.

Since moving in, I have continued to receive amazing support and communication from the staff. In all my years of renting, this past month has honestly been the best experience I have ever had with a rental community. Also, the other tenants have been very nice and welcoming as well.

I am truly looking forward to being part of this community, and I sincerely want to thank Chloe and the entire staff for making this transition smooth and easy. I highly recommend Tapestry at Brentwood to anyone looking for a welcoming, supportive, and well-managed apartment community.”

“I recently toured with Jourdan and I must say that her level of care and attention really surprised me. I rarely write reviews but I felt the need to share. When I walked in, I had no scheduled tour. She could’ve easily turned me away because I could tell she was super busy . I was just in the area and wanted to see if I could look at some apartments. She had two tours already in front of me plus two other residents in her office. She treated all of us kindly and professionally. She took her two tours and somehow managed to help everyone almost simultaneously but still attentively. Since I didn’t have a tour scheduled and I’m not looking to move until July, I offered to come back. She told me “No need, I can definitely help you” She offered me some snacks and a seat and was back within 10 minutes and gave me a thorough tour. She did not rush. She went through all of my questions and was very nice and pretty funny I might add. Although they can’t see their availability for July, I definitely will be taking her advice and circling back around in May to check to see what they have available since I have to stay within the Brentwood area due to my job. This is the type of place I could see myself living where everybody seems to know the people in the office and the people that I met were very kind Including the residents who she was helping.”

“wish i can give this place 10 stars!!! We lived here from Oct last year till about 2 weeks ago. It has been nothing but wonderful. The move-in process was super easy, everything was ready and clean. Great location, super close to freeway, you can walk to Target if you want to. I work in DT Nashville, if you leave before 9am, you may hit traffic but after 9, takes no more than 20 mins.

But the best part about the District is really the people, from the very beginning, Lindsey and Savannah have been nothing but super nice and professional, they are always available to answer any questions, to help with anything you ever needed. They literally saved us from becoming homeless! Escrow on our new home fell through and we had to extend our lease by a month, they were so flexible and had no problem extending the lease. When we still couldn't close on our loan and needed another 2 weeks, they explained that someone would actually be moving in but still extended it to the absolute max for us. thanks to them, we were able to close on our house on our last day! Coming from CA where apartments are so difficult to deal with, the humanity just made me feel so warm and really helped with the stress when we were dealing with the loan issue and not having to worry about moving out of the apartment and finding temporary housing.

Although the last few days, the AC broke down and we called the emergency # at 9 pm, the maintenance manager drove from his house to help us fix the AC and actually brought a portable AC unit for us. You can't fix every problem, but everyone tries so hard and always tries to at least find a temporary fix so you dont suffer.

The last are the neighbors, everyone we've ever met was so nice. We felt so bad for being on the 2nd floor with a 2-year-old running around all the time. I bought a small cake for my downstairs neighbor when we moved in and explained the situation. he was so kind and actually bought my daughter a little something. My dog once had an emergency and pooped on a neighhor's rug, I left a note and received a text the next morning telling me not to worry. She was so understanding and kind. Again, it might not be big things and just the common southern charm, but moving from CA to TN, it was truly eye-opening just how nice and genuine everyone is. I honestly could not think of one bad thing about this place, it was a place we called home for 8 months when we first moved here, met so many great people and just absolutely loved everything about it!”
