While a bit pricey as they don’t use aftermarket parts, they worked with insurance and suppliers to reduce repairs cost to a reasonable amount. The shop is really nice, and turn around time was quick with excellent communication. Customers highlight Tyler as absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. He was awesome communicating, incredibly responsive, professional, and helpful every step of the way. He worked seamlessly with both customers and insurance companies, kept everyone updated, and made sure cars were taken care of properly. What stood out most was his customer service and genuine care, going above and beyond to ensure customers felt supported and informed. One customer came for a quote on a leased vehicle and after the staff consulted the higher ups, they buffed the damage out for free, which was totally unexpected and refreshing. Another customer with a Mercedes struggled to find a shop but found Tyler treated them so pleasantly that they thought he was the owner.
