“I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Nashville Collision! They recently repaired my Rivian, and from start to finish, the care, knowledge, and final results were second to none. Working with electric vehicles—especially Rivians—requires specific expertise, and this team clearly knows their stuff inside and out. What truly blew me away, though, was their customer service. Their proactive communication was completely over the top—I was never left guessing where things stood with my vehicle, as they kept me updated every step of the way. On top of their technical skill, they are just a fantastic group of human beings. Great personalities, professional, and genuinely a fun team to interact with. If you need collision repair in Nashville, especially for a high-end or EV vehicle, look no further. Nashville Collision sets the absolute gold standard!”

“Azad is truly a gentleman, he has done excellent work for me and for everyone else I have recommended to him. What won me over was his ability to perfectly match 20 year old Mercedes white paint, making the car appear as though it was never repaired. If you require a perfect repair at an honest price, I would recommend Azad highly. He is also very personable and makes the whole experience more pleasant.”

“I have a trusty Subaru Impreza that’s been a real trooper over the years. Got into a couple fender benders and several messes with insurance recently. It’s a 2016 so it’s getting old, and the guys at Chavez Auto really have done their absolute best to bring her back to ship shape each time! She runs beautifully for such an old car, and Miguel always gives me a straight answer on what would Be the best bang for my buck. Everyone here is awesome and I can’t thank them enough for treating this old car right!! She will be kicking for a few more years because of them- and it’s totally worth every penny!!! This shop is the GOAT and you can trust their work. I’ll be bringing any vehicle I can here in the future, and you should too!”

“We recently did business with Hargrove for the fourth time. The first two were fleet repairs where cost nor quality were my concern. The third time they did a great job for a reasonable price. This fourth time, they worked with me to take delivery of an eBay part, installed that part and did it for a fraction of the cost of a traditional repair. I hope we don't need their services again but there's no other body shop in Nashville for me.”

“Mr . Roy was fantastic. Customer Service and patience Jeff had with my husband was priceless. We had an 430 amp Delco Remy alternator to go out while he was out on the road. After calling around to several places for a new one, either it was out of stock or didn’t carry them that large. Thanks to Cumberland International in Nashville on Massman dr, who did have one for 2,800.00 dollars. They kept my husband on hold for over an hour assuming they were watching the national title game last night or didn’t want or need our little 2800 bucks to them. We decided to wait until the next morning and give A&B Alternators a call. Best thing we could have done. Jeff greeted my husband and put a rush order in on the repair. He was very transparent with him and had the alternator fixed within hours. What was going to be 2800 bucks for the alternator alone end up being 380 bucks .”

“The work Larry and team at Green Leaf did is nothing short of exceptional. Not only was the price fair considering the extent of the damage and how long I let it go (YEARS), but the overall level of care was 10/10. Larry is an excellent communicator and the car was repaired in a timely fashion. Car drives as well as it did the day I bought it. I am proud to recommend Green Leaf to anyone who needs repair in Nashville. I feel like I have my life back. Thank you so much to everyone!”

“My wife and I have a baby in the Vanderbilt NICU so needless to say it's been an insanely stressful time. To make matters worse, our radiator cracked as we pulled into the parking garage last week. These folks took such great care of us and were so kind, I couldn't recommend them more. I was able to get our car over to them and they called within the hour with a diagnosis and a quote. It was ready the next morning! Great communication and they were able to save us a couple bucks by saving the thermostat. I think there's a lot of shops out there that would have just automatically charged us for a new therm when it didn't wind up being necessary. We live on the opposite side of town and I'll make the trek over to Hillsboro Village in the future!”

“Had some odd noises and weird driving charateriscs on my gladiator. Music City 4x4 was able to diagnose the issue and repair both the steering components and rear axle issues. Ended up getting a full regear and LSD replacemet done through them, pricing was transparent and fair. If you ask for photos or more details of the work being performed they have zero hesitation about providing them. They are honest and reliable, the worst part about the whole experience was waiting on Mopar to get a part in. Couldn't imagine having to get this work done at the dealer with all OEM components. Ended up with better parts, better work and completed much sooner than through my dealer at a lower price by going with Music City 4x4.”
