“Mr . Roy was fantastic. Customer Service and patience Jeff had with my husband was priceless. We had an 430 amp Delco Remy alternator to go out while he was out on the road. After calling around to several places for a new one, either it was out of stock or didn’t carry them that large. Thanks to Cumberland International in Nashville on Massman dr, who did have one for 2,800.00 dollars. They kept my husband on hold for over an hour assuming they were watching the national title game last night or didn’t want or need our little 2800 bucks to them. We decided to wait until the next morning and give A&B Alternators a call. Best thing we could have done. Jeff greeted my husband and put a rush order in on the repair. He was very transparent with him and had the alternator fixed within hours. What was going to be 2800 bucks for the alternator alone end up being 380 bucks .”
