Looking for a dining room table and chairs they had a good selection and the sales rep same to go out his way to help me even though I didn't choose to buy one right now if I did they would be on top of my list for price and quality

I have visited this same location perhaps 20-30 times. Unfortunately, the somewhat "OK" levels of service at this place has gone down the drain. I interacted with a lady who lacks the basics of customer service. She is unfriendly ... no wonder why they are still "hiring." The cashier (male) was no better.

Friendly staff for the most part. I would have given a 5 but the stock level on sale item was nonexistent. Must be the strategy to lure people in....
