It boasts a super and perfect location right on Printers Alley, an easy walk to Broadway, downtown restaurants, and shops. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, some featuring balconies. Guests note the unique glass walls in the bathrooms. The property offers a great rooftop area with a bar, a heated pool described more as a wading pool, and a pickleball court. There is also a downstairs garage bar and cafe, though some found the hours for food and drink options to be strange. Service receives mixed feedback. Many found the staff exceptional, great, very friendly, and attentive in all areas, including the valet, restaurant, and rooftop. The valets were great and made getting cars easy. However, several reviews cite issues with front desk service, describing it as rude or defensive in specific situations regarding policy, and state it could use improvement. One guest also reported a billing discrepancy that was resolved but caused inconvenience. Overall, it is described as an amazing, great hotel with significant upsides, though some service experiences have impacted guest loyalty.
Wonderful accommodations and venue, close to the Spark and to the all of the experiences of downtown/Broadway, and we were able to get our of the busyness in order to rest. Highly recommend the Bobby!

Big shoutout to Maddie in the basement bar area. She totally set the tone for the business trip and made our first time at the Bobby unforgettable. From the graffiti, record player, and just overall atmosphere - this place is truly a hidden gem.

Tiffany was very helpful and pleasant to be around. Very informative and knowledgeable about the surrounding area when we asked about food options.
