“Great repair. But hard to schedule the inspection, long wait to get the repair scheduled. And then on the day of, they were unaware that we were scheduled which lead to a prolonged need of a rental car and absence of the car. I did not have that experience in the past. I also had a different scheduling person in the past. Overall, I am very satisfied with this place. This was the first time with that problem.”

“Unfortunately, I've had to take my truck in for 3 different accidents within 12 months. Central Pike Collision not only made it look as though nothing ever happened, they did it lightning fast. Twice, they got it back to me in about a week. The one time that did take longer was due to a factory backorder on a part. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else after my next accident, which is apparently due to happen any day now ?”

“I have had the best experience with them. Let me explain:
- I had a collision that my insurance would not have covered. I drove up there to see if I could pay out of pocket but she felt very sorry for me because the crash was not my fault (vandalism) and my insurance was only for liability. She recognized I was a student and getting new parts would cost a lot, so as fixing.
She offered to fix it in a "cheaper" way. Since the bumper wasn't entirely broken, she had offered to "reconstruct" the existing bumper, and fix it back in place since that would be cheaper than getting a new bumper and fixing it whole.
I was asked to drop by the next Monday to have the car repaired by her son, helped me hold up some parts with tape and tried to put some parts in place. I did drop by the next Monday, and about 2 - 3 hours later, she called me to come pick it up. I came and was ready to pay with card after I had seen that it was fully repaired (taken out, beat and reshaped and fixed back in)...
She and her son had decided to do it for free for me!
Asked me not to pay a dime! I insisted to pay something at least for appreciation but she and her son persisted. Asked me to drive safe. And that was the nicest thing I had received so far because I would have paid about 2700-3500 for new repairs or maybe several hundreds to a thousand otherwise.

“I've been to this body shop twice for minor issues. The first involved replacing a rear spoiler on a minivan. The work was done well, quickly, and on budget, so when another minor issue occurred, I returned to the same shop. A front spoiler had been damaged and the reconnected it with new fasteners, buffed out most of the damage, and refused payment. Really amazing. With 2 teenage drivers, I'm sure I'll be back!”

I do not do reviews but in this case I feel I should. I own some very nice classics. Several months ago I had the unhappy experience of hitting a large dog during a major rain storm, horrible feeling. I was very uneasy about taking my 1979 Lincoln Continental to any body and paint shop... She got pretty banged up. I searched and spoke to friends about it. One particular friend told me about these guys on Dickerson Pike. These gentlemen from Kuwait were very friendly and helpful. I left my car with them. I could not be happier with the outcome and fast turnaround. They had to charge me a little more money for the final work and I completely understood - Beautiful work!
Just dropped off another classic to them today, my 1992 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham. No body work needed but certain areas must be repainted due to sun damage to the paint. I pray they will do as good as they did with my 79 Lincoln or better. I’ve been burned many times in the past. It’s hard to trust people these days. These gentlemen have my respect and I hope to bring them more work. God is great. They were a blessing to me!”

“Finally! I have found a repair shop that I can trust! Not only did they find and repair the issue that took me there, but at my request they checked my 12-year-old car for any needed updates. I knew there would be quite a few things needing attention, but what really impressed me was that they were willing to tell me what was immediately needing attention, as well as things that would need to be done in the future. There was no pressure and a full explanation of what was done now and what would need to be done eventually and why it could wait. This auto shop is not convenient to me, but well worth the time, effort and the mileage to get there!!”
