About Budget Car Rental
Budget Car Rental is generally well-run, with a helpful and friendly staff that provides efficient service. Customers appreciate the convenient location and the clean, well-maintained vehicles, including options like a Nissan Altima. Some reviews mention good prices, especially when using coupons, and positive experiences with upgrades, such as receiving a free upgrade from a compact to a mid-size SUV. The team is praised for resolving issues quickly and making the rental process smooth, leading to high customer satisfaction and recommendations.
However, there are some concerns. Recently, only electric cars were available, which may be inconvenient for travelers unfamiliar with charging locations. Some customers found the rental experience depressing and noted that the advertised vehicles are not always what is provided; for example, a vehicle advertised as a RAV4 was replaced with a different, less capable model that caused discomfort. Additionally, hidden fees, such as charges for dropping off at the airport, were mentioned, so customers are advised to be cautious.
Overall, Budget Car Rental offers good service and vehicles, but potential renters should be aware of possible surprises regarding vehicle availability and fees.

Best location to get a rental car. They helped me not once but twice this week when I was in a pinch with insurance. Best deals in town too. Good people who own it.

Dustine came to the rescue and found a car after getting a runaround from budget and he wasn't concerned about status with budget like the other budget rental offices
