“Called in the AM and they scheduled me immediately for a same day windshield replacement. Came to our home that afternoon and did a fantastic job. They accidentally took a tool that was near the car in the yard (that happened to be ours) and texted us immediately that they would have someone drive back and return it same day. I thought that was amazing service and made me trust them even more. 10/10 service. Great price too. We were quoted much higher at other places that weren’t even going to come out the same day. I would use this company again in a heartbeat.”

“Sometimes its just a diamond. Took my RV into Lawrence Glass Murfreesboro location for a side glass replacement. They kept me informed on the glass arrival, allowed me to schedule immediately after receiving the shipment. Drop off was easy and quick with them finishing the job faster than the estimated time. All this was good, but the great was the extras, I had to build a window to get back from Alaska with my motor coach which meant a lot of duct tape. They cleaned all the residue, and tape off my RV not only where they had to work but also where I had tape from an earlier attempted fix. Kudos on the extra effort. I had also asked way late in the operation for them to look at a couple of chips in my windshield. They ended up finding and fixing all of them for a more than fair price, and even pull my rig back in to get it done. Thanks for above and beyond, will definitely be a repeat customer.”
“Excellent experience with Gerber Collision & Glass on Charlotte Avenue. We recently had two vehicles repaired here—my BMW i4 needed a rear bumper replacement, and my girlfriend’s Toyota Prius needed the driver’s door replaced.
The team did an excellent job on both vehicles. The repairs look great, everything was completed quickly, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. It was especially impressive to have two different vehicles repaired and receive the same high level of workmanship and service on both.
Amber in customer service was amazing. She was friendly, professional, communicative, and made the whole experience incredibly easy. Having someone who keeps you informed and genuinely seems to care about the customer makes a big difference when your vehicle is in the shop.

“We were in Nashville on vacation. Broke the windshield on our truck (accidentally!) just a few days before we were to drive home to California. We found AA Auto Glass online. They responded to our inquiry rapidly, quoted an acceptable price, and committed to providing service before noon the next day. They contacted us within the timeframe the following morning, met us at the agreed time, and completed the work within an hour. The technician was very competent and efficient, and we are very satisfied with the quality of the work performed. We could not be happier with this experience, from start to finish. I'd like to note that we contacted a second auto glass company that first day. They never even got back to us with a price. We highly recommend AA Auto Glass!”

Tommy, my adjuster, was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable, precise, professional, and genuinely kind. What could have been a major headache, especially dealing with insurance, was made so much easier because Tommy took the time to handle the insurance issues and work through everything to get things resolved. His attention to detail and care throughout the entire process really stood out.
Another huge convenience was having Enterprise meet me directly at the body shop for both the rental car pickup and return. That was such a time-saver and made the entire experience incredibly convenient.
