Freddie, the new store manager here at Claire’s, is absolutely fantastic! My daughter is autistic and was very scared to get her ears pierced, but he was so calm and patient with her and was able to walk us through every step of the process. She is very happy with her new pierced ears!!

I should’ve gotten the girls name but I totally forgot. She pierced my daughter and I’s ears today and she was incredible. Such a sweet woman and she did a great job on the piercing. Couldn’t have had a better experience! :) thanks girl
