It is 5 days later and I still haven't received my $100 refund from this hotel. I don't know about anyone else but I need my $100 and being told it'll probably take another 5 days just to get my refund is frustrating!

One of the best Comfort Inn Suites in Tennesse,the rooms are clean,the breakfast is good and the staff is Amazing! Ms Gloria at the front desk is so awesome, very professional and great at her Job! I recommend this hotel to others! It's my Go to Hotel everytime I'm in Nashville!! thank you!
