“Joined as a Willis Corroon employee many years ago (1995) and have been happy with the service since. At one point this was my exclusive banking relationship. Since I'm out of state I do have a local to me bank that I use for some things but if I lived closer, YBCU would be it.

“I have been a member of the U S Community Credit Union for approximately 12 years now. I am very pleased with the way they handle my accounts. I'm well pleased with the friendly staff. As I have been notified that they are going to up grade their way of way of handling the online services and make it a lot easier to make financial transactions. I'm glad to hear that. It's going to make it easier for most of the members. As for myself I am very happy with the way everything is setup now. I always look forward to calling in and making money transfers from my savings to my checking account. Plus I like receiving a monthly statement through the mail every month. I hope that after the new changes are made those two issues remain in place. Hopefully I will still be able to call and make money transfers and expect to receive a monthly account statement through the mail as I have been doing for the past 12 years. It's important to me to be able to continue as I have been since I became a US Community Credit Union member.”
