“I just want to update the review I did about a week ago on Enbright Credit Union. I give it the 5 star and I wish I could do a billion stars, because the president and CEO, Ron Smith reached out to me via email. He was in constant touch with me and apologized for how his staff had treated me, the lack of honesty and customer service. He MORE than made up for it and I could tell you ALL the wonderful things he did to resolve my issue, but it got resolved! Now when the President and CEO invest into one county person, to satisfy and make amends for what his staff did, that says something about his integrity, and I like to call it God Integrity! I have NEVER been so blessed by someone so high up that took time to resolve my issue! If I was to recommend Enbright, I would recommend Enbright because of the integrity that He has and wisdom, knowledge and blessing flow from the top and down! So my prayer is that those under him, will start walking how he walks and they as well will demonstrate the Godly Integrity that he does!!! Thanks Ron!!!”

“I have been a member of the U S Community Credit Union for approximately 12 years now. I am very pleased with the way they handle my accounts. I'm well pleased with the friendly staff. As I have been notified that they are going to up grade their way of way of handling the online services and make it a lot easier to make financial transactions. I'm glad to hear that. It's going to make it easier for most of the members. As for myself I am very happy with the way everything is setup now. I always look forward to calling in and making money transfers from my savings to my checking account. Plus I like receiving a monthly statement through the mail every month. I hope that after the new changes are made those two issues remain in place. Hopefully I will still be able to call and make money transfers and expect to receive a monthly account statement through the mail as I have been doing for the past 12 years. It's important to me to be able to continue as I have been since I became a US Community Credit Union member.”
