“Two years ago we decided to move from BoA to Pinnacle Financial Partners. We wanted a local bank that gave us premium customer service and fewer fees. We did some research on some local FB groups and we got great feedback about Pinnacle. And we are SO glad we made the switch. While BoA has tons of ATMs, you can also get similar ATM access with Pinnacle...and no fees. The customer service here has also been stellar. The team responds super quick and always with amazing attitudes. Maybe this bank isn't as "shinny" as the big international banks, but we feel right at home here due to the great personal attention and flexibility we've experienced. “People keep giving thanks to all the first responders in this COVID-19 pandemic, but I want to shout out Sean White from Capstar Bank. After being left out of access to help through Wells Fargo, I called every bank in town. Mind you, I am a small business owner and need help for my company and employees and myself. Sean was the first to get back to me. He was such a relief of confidence and capability. Some how, in the midst of being swamped with his workload he was able to add helping me to the list. I am unsure yet if I will even get the PPP Loan, but I feel so lucky to have had him in my corner and help advocate for us little people. No doubt bankers are on the front lines as well. This loan will mean the survival of my company and livelihood of several local Nashvillians, and without Sean White at Capstar Bank, I wouldn't even have a chance. “I just want to update the review I did about a week ago on Enbright Credit Union. I give it the 5 star and I wish I could do a billion stars, because the president and CEO, Ron Smith reached out to me via email. He was in constant touch with me and apologized for how his staff had treated me, the lack of honesty and customer service. He MORE than made up for it and I could tell you ALL the wonderful things he did to resolve my issue, but it got resolved! Now when the President and CEO invest into one county person, to satisfy and make amends for what his staff did, that says something about his integrity, and I like to call it God Integrity! I have NEVER been so blessed by someone so high up that took time to resolve my issue! If I was to recommend Enbright, I would recommend Enbright because of the integrity that He has and wisdom, knowledge and blessing flow from the top and down! So my prayer is that those under him, will start walking how he walks and they as well will demonstrate the Godly Integrity that he does!!! Thanks Ron!!!”

“My experience is great, I have been doing business here for 12 years, they just have a poor way of overdraft. You should receive 24 hours before getting a overdraft charge, but First Bank will charge you a $35 dollar overdraft fee with in 4 hours of receiving a overdraft. That is galging customers out of there hard earned money and I will not tolerate it. First Bank has until tomorrow to put me back in the positive or they will be boycotted before next week and other customers will also be leaving. I do not appreciate customers getting robbed by this bank. It stops next week.”
