Worst pharmacy ever, and terrible customer service. I went through the pharmacy, and they give me 8 pills. I typically get 90 days at a time. I try to call once I get home to figure out why this was done, and the new system they have absolutely doesn’t allow you to speak to anyone in the pharmacy. I drive back to the pharmacy, and some lady claims I signed up for Scriptsync where I get all of my pills at once, so they were only filling 8. I NEVER signed up for the service, and I received a text from them saying my prescription was ready. Why would they ask that I come get a prescription for 8 days?! Total waste of gas. Which is why I came in the first place. When I asked that they explain this, the rude unprofessional woman at the window slammed the window in my face and walked off. She sent someone else to the window, who was equally as rude and refused to answer my questions. She basically gave zero explanation as to why this happened. I then asked they bring the pharmacist to the window to explain, and to un-enroll me from this service I never asked for. I was then told if I didn’t leave they would call the cops. Don’t most pharmacies ask if you have questions for the pharmacist as opposed to refuse?! I’m now calling the customer service line to complain, and will never get my prescriptions there again,

I was just asked to leave this store by manager.Who first asked me if I needed help?So I said no I had a stack of stuff that I was going to buy.He told me to leave that they have me on camera.I asked to see the camera because i've never stolen a dang thing from anyone But I do have.
Employees that wear the same thing That I do. He wouldn't even do me the courtesy of showing me the video just ran me out the store. I think he's a lhas video of a past employee. You shouldn't be like that toward people. I'm an outstanding citizen that owns his own business. You are a local store now. I will never be back. And I will make sure to be on the front of your building with a shame on you. Sighn very soon. I will be honest. I use some profanity. Probably some real nasty stuff, but only after he ran me out Without listening to me and doing me.The courtesy are showing me the video.Because i'm a business owner who has employees who where the same exact same jacket I dont steal ask anyone , but the way he sed . We got you on video. No, you don't have me on video, sir. You may have one of my employees. Thank you for not showing me the courtesy so I can fire them. Most up disrespectful store.I wouldn't share nobody.This store wouldn't never go in this store again.And I wouldn't recommend anybody else going in.And either they look at your appearance and judge you.
I look like a hard-working man.I guess there's something wrong with that But not to listen to me and just run meow, is not respectful?Or professional I wish he would have showed me the camera Because I know which employee was wearing my company Jacket in that store And Most likely the one who was on video in i will give them the name .Because I recently fired him for some other reasons I wish he would have been more professional and showed me the cameras so I could have helped him locate the problem.

I noticed that the address listed on their website is incorrect. Instead of Gallatin AVE/PIKE it's listed as Gallatin ROAD. Which might seem like not a big difference, but in actuality it's a good 20 min difference in the opposite direction. Even the link to pick up your prescriptions has the wrong address that automatically connects to google maps, taking you to a random location that's not even another CVS! Just a random mall parking lot. Confused. I called to confirm the correct address and inform the staff of the issue, I was told it wasn’t their problem and was then hung up on. I understand the person at the counter may not care, but surely corporate should be concerned that people are being misled to a different location. I can't be the only person this has happened to. Please address this issue and for crying out loud maybe get your employees some training in basic customer service and common courtesy. Seriously, it goes a long way.

The new not reach a tech or pharmacist on prescriptions is terrible at ALL CVS locations. Would make pts transfer family scripts elsewhere.

It's not the best practice for the pharmacist to say very loud what prescriptions you are getting filled. Talk about a HIPPA violation and not to mention an invasion of privacy with all of the people that were in line behind me. So embarrassing

Update. What the hell is wrong with CVS. Does no one care about customer service anymore? I called and verified (after another>10 min wait). They verbally said my meds would be ready >2 hours before I arrived. Upon arrival, guess what. No meds ready.Original post: After being on hold >10 min, I called back to speak to someone in the store. They said. “Only one person in the pharmacy”. What.

Awful customer service. Only interested in getting back to their phones.And I guess the ruder they are with me - the sooner the conversation ends.Despite what their website says - this location can't do passport photos currently.

Terrible pharmacy customer service. My girlfriend pulled up to the drive thru pharmacy window at 110pm. There was an elderly lady directly in front of her that was taking a long time to get her prescription filled, so she waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes for the lady in front of her to be done.As soon as she pulls up they close the drive thru and don't offer to help her. I spoke with the store manager that blatantly lied and said the lady was taking a COVID test which in fact was false. She offered no apology only to say that it's company policy for pharmacy to be closed from 130-2 even though the lady in front was being helped until 135. Completely rude and apologetic. I will never come back to this pharmacy again.
