CVS Pharmacy in Madison is a full-service pharmacy with experienced, helpful, and kind pharmacists. The employees are great, friendly, professional, and very helpful. They get prescriptions filled quickly and always have them ready. They are patient and do not make customers feel like a burden, going above and beyond to help with anything, including calling other locations. Customers report pleasant experiences and feel the staff actually cares. This particular location is inside a Target store. It offers many services, including vaccines like flu and COVID-19 shots, prescription management, and online refills. However, the vaccination area is noted to lack a private sterile booth. It feels shoddily put together with just a small plastic divider, dirty chairs, and a dirty counter. The location itself is inconvenient, with a long distance from the parking lot and the pharmacy far from Target's entrance. It is in dire need of an easier way to access it, such as a drive-thru or separate entrance. More resources are needed to make things better for customers. Despite the physical drawbacks, the pharmacy staff provides excellent, professional service that keeps customers loyal.

I have know Trish since she was 10 years old...when she retires I will be very concerned. She helps my family, making sure our medicine is correct and our insurance does the right thing. Some of the others are not as thorough as Trish is. Bless her !!

Every time I come here, the ladies behind the counter are so helpful and they’re so kind. They will help you out with anything here and very very professional couldn’t ask for a better pharmacy.
