If you spend any amount of time speaking with the owner and lead pharmacist (Mark), it quickly becomes evident that he genuinely cares about his patients. He went above and beyond for me in a way that is increasingly rare. When I urgently needed a compounded medication, he answered my call after hours, spent nearly 30 minutes speaking to me, and had it ready for me the very next morning. A few days later, I experienced an unexpected issue with a prescription, and he handled it immediately and without hesitation. The level of care, responsiveness, and accountability was exceptional. Once I got up to order my sandwich, Steve was so friendly while also being efficient! I enjoyed chatting with him and his willingness to build my sandwich exactly how I requested. He was such a nice guy! At check out David was also so friendly and easy to chat with. I left the store with a smile after my pleasant interactions with the staff! “I recently had a delay in receiving my new medical insurance card, and when it finally arrived, the wonderful people at Publix Pharmacy went above and beyond to help me get everything straightened out. They spent almost an hour working with me, getting the people they needed involved—including the store manager—to make sure I was refunded for the medication I had to pay for out of pocket while I was waiting for my insurance card. This situation was not caused by them at all, but they were determined to make it right. I am so thankful for the time, patience, and genuine care they showed me. It is clear that they truly care about their jobs and, more importantly, about the people who come to them for help.
