Terrible. Had a package out for delivery day after thanksgiving. They don’t deliver often in my apartments so I waived the signature because our office was closed and I didn’t think the carrier would know how to get in our mailroom (even though it’s suppose to be provided to the carrier by their company). When I waived the signature I put notes to tell them exactly which building I was in, floor, and let them know that there is a callbox to get in my actual building. I also was tracking the carrier and actually went outside when it stated they were 1 stop away. Long story short the carrier never showed up but listed that they tried to deliver but the premises was closed. And I’m like if you see that you’re delivering to apartments why wouldn’t you either A use the callbox to contact the customer & get buzzed in or B just call the customer on their phone. Mind you I NEVER even saw the DHL van period. Not sure if they even tried. So I contact the 1800 number and they tried to reach out to the office manager to get my package back to me but said it wasn’t a guarantee and said unfortunately the carrier wouldn’t see the signature waiver since it was done during the time the carrier was already out. With alllll of this technology why wouldn’t your carriers get real time updates. Then I use the chat to see when will I get my package. The virtual person, Mike, was so rude and condescending it was ridiculous. In one message he said since I waived the signature it added an extra day to the delivery and basically said it was my fault it wasn’t delivered. But Then he said that doesn’t mean they didn’t try and I’m asking him well if it adds a day then obviously he didn’t try. Then he said something about the system automatically doing something. Then had the nerve to tell me this is what I signed up for per their terms and conditions. Then said my package would be delivered on 11/24 then several messages later said 11/27. First off I didn’t choose DHL, this is who the person I shopped with uses. If I had it my way I wouldn’t have ever “choosed” DHL. Haven’t used them in years and now I’m reminded why. Just terrible.

I had an important package from an international shipper that was scheduled for delivery Monday. Even though I did not request a signature requirement, they did not deliver because I was not home to sign. When I saw that the delivery was missed I used the touch-tone menu to waive the signature. Next day, no package by mid day, so I called. They would reattempt delivery, they said. End of that day, no package. So I called the next morning. I was assured the package would be delivered that day. No package. I have called the call center each morning EVERY DAY this week. Each day, I have been assured that the package would be delivered by so-and-so pm. Online tracking information has never changed since the original delivery attempt. It is now Saturday, and I still do not have my package, and they are closed for the weekend. I am baffled how an international logistics company is incapable of delivering a shoebox-sized package across town in a WEEK. I will never use DHL again. You have lost a customer for life.

DHL has been a complete mess. I was to receive a package from india which came to the local hub in 3 days but has not been delivered until this day. I have called 3 times and every time I was told the address was wrong and during the phone call I would be told the address has been updated and delivered the next day. As of now I am in the dhl local hub and they don’t know where the package is. The person at the hub after multiple searches just found the package but the address on the package was never corrected despite multiple phone calls with service reps assuring me the address was amended. The staff at the local hub received no notification of any address correction. And the local hub has no direct line so I could only contact the 800 number who apparently could not be of any help

My package arrived from China as the tracking suggested which I thought was impressive. The delivery driver for some unknown reason to us and the DHL office literally sat outside our home (caught on security cam) for a minute and drove off without leaving the package. But, customer service was awesome, had the package held, the office at 1922 Old Murfreesboro Road likewise couldn't have been more apologetic and shared the driver was suspended, and then I got a really nice care package in the mail a couple of days later which was incredible! I've had issues with all the carriers but this is the first that did anything about it but make excuses. From the very helpful customer service, super nice office staff to a care package! Thank YOU DHL for really caring!

DHL refused to deliver my package due to “incorrect address”. They refused to update the address because they said the sender prevented them from any address updates. So my package was held hostage until I drove 30 minutes to the “nearest DHL” office to pick it up. So I took off work (since they aren’t open on weekends) and went to pick it up. Not surprised when the DHL agent told me “your address wasn’t wrong, I wonder why the driver said that it was wrong”I told her it was probably easier / cheaper for DHL to have me pick it up instead of delivering it. I am so glad that I don’t have to deal with this company too often and I will move mountains to avoid it in the future.

DHL Nashville, I have spoken with your phone representatives for last two weeks including today regarding my package. I do not understand what is going on. You came to my house left a tag and never came back. You only came once. Even after calling the number and talking to who knows how many representatives and a supervisor to be told my package was in Athens, al, then in Birmingham, al, and now in Nashville, TN. What the heck is going on??? You just delivered another package two weeks prior to my house and now your online rep says there was an address issue????? What? The address in your system is the same as before. This is unbelievable.

This has to be the most incompetent service of all time. They continue to try to deliver my package after business hours, their communication sucks and nothing their support department says happens. I'm advising all of our suppliers to stop using DHL. Ridiculous.

the customer service representative was very kind & helpful.but the air conditioning wasn't working inside the office it was very hot inside to finish the process of sending a package outside temperature was 100°.

DHL has delivered several times to our address but it seems this time the driver does not have GPS or Google Maps despite my clear instructions on the location of the condo and not being an apartment. Waited all day for a second day with nothing for my trouble. A sad third rate company that I wish I never had a package sent via. Would never recommend in a million years in Nashville TN.

When no other person at the main office could tell me where an urgent package was or when it would be delivered. Sabrina in Nashville came through. She’s a star in this operation.All the Nashville employees I have interacted with have been excellent.I import a lot of product and use DHL on a regular basis, so having Sabrina there is a godsend.With that said, the main office not only did not know where my package was, there were no updates on the web site, I drove out to our terminal to make sure I could pick it up when it arrive, it was already there, and even after I picked the shipment up, they were still sending me email notices that they had no idea when it would arrive in Nashville.Sad to think that a company this big can’t keep track of the freight. After all it’s their only job.Tracking is terrible and they continually told me that my freight was stuck in Cincinnati when it was already in Nashville.I will give a little credit to the person who spoke to me from corporate for being polite and trying to be helpful but they really had no idea when my shipment was.

Worst Customer Service ever. DHL delivered package to the wrong place and I can’t reach anyone to help. Can only get a recording or a virtual chat that tells me my package has been delivered. I need to know where and can’t get a person on the Phone or on line. The information I do get is incomplete and incorrect. Can’t even make a claim for the missing package. Never use this service!!!! Would like to give negative stars if possible

We have received packages from DHL , FedEx and UPS . The delivery tonight was cancelled and we got a message that we have to do a pick up in Nashville. The address is correct and we were home awaiting the delivery

This location is awful. I paid the duties on my packages 10 days ago. I have called customer service SEVEN time and they have emailed and called this station multiple times and they will not even answer the DHL customer service managers calls.Apparently they put my packages on the truck and then took them off 2 times.I am going to start telling sellers I won’t purchase from them if they are using DHL. Most disorganized and incompetent shipping company.Who knows it I will ever get these mirrors. Will be shocked if they are not broken by now sitting there for two weeks being taken on and off a truck.

Amazing service. DHL managed to move a pair of socks from a carrier in TX to a carrier in GA in only 5 days. With this level of service they could put the Pony Express out of service.BTW I’m still waiting for delivery.
