This has to be the most incompetent service of all time. They continue to try to deliver my package after business hours, their communication sucks and nothing their support department says happens. I'm advising all of our suppliers to stop using DHL. Ridiculous.

the customer service representative was very kind & helpful.but the air conditioning wasn't working inside the office it was very hot inside to finish the process of sending a package outside temperature was 100°.

Shipping to Colombia, South America.The lady who helped me was very helpful.$99 and will take 4 days to arrive, had no idea it would arrive so quickly ?
