About Dollar Car Rental - Nashville International Airport
Dollar Car Rental at Nashville International Airport offers affordable and flexible rental options for families, business trips, and vacations. Customers can save by pre-paying online. The process is praised for being quick and efficient, with a phone check-in option that allows renters to go directly to their car without waiting in line. Many report clean, new, low-mileage vehicles available immediately and exactly as described. The return process is equally simple, requiring customers to just park and walk away. Prices are generally viewed as fair compared to other companies.
However, significant cautions are noted. Customers must carefully check their final receipt before signing, as extra fees like "Premium Road Service" are sometimes added without clear prior consent. Furthermore, reserving specific items like a child seat online is not possible, requiring a phone call that can involve communication difficulties and provides no written confirmation for the add-on. While experiences with staff at the counter are often reported as fast and helpful, these billing and reservation system issues are a recurring concern. Overall, the service is efficient and the cars are good, but vigilance is required to avoid unexpected charges and complications with special requests.

Derrick at Dollar Car Rental at BNA was a LIFE SAVER! I was about to be either stuck in Nashville or Chicago due to delays and cancels. Derrick was so kind and helpful during a very stressful morning. He made sure I was taken care and got me on the road back home!
