Took a yoga sculpt, and power flow class with Kara and Megan. The classes were very easy to follow and the environment was conducive to my practice. Would definitely go again.

Each teacher brings something unique to their class, you can’t go wrong! Mats, towels, blocks, showers, & cool lavender towels all free amenities! I love being a member of the DHY community!
