Customer service horrible and rude. They charge a fee to cash a check even if it’s a fifth third check. Ridiculous this place is a joke. Rude and unprofessional

Customer service has gone way downhill. They no longer offer notary services even though it’s advertised. Everytime I go in there are maybe 1-2 people who act like they are inconvenienced. One employee parks in the atm/ deposit lane so it keeps a lane blocked. I would not recommend this bank in Greenhills or Bellemeade

Nina is the rudest Teller in all of the Fifth Third Banks in TN. This bank has so much turnover! All of the good people leave and the bad people somehow manage to stay!
