They are getting crazy with their prices. Used donated shoes $25.00 I will go somewhere else to get that's is just stupid. I mean everything is donated why are the prices so high? Walmart has better deals.

I've found many good items here, but the organization isn't as good as it used to be, for example pants, there's different size racks, but it's more of a "if you're lucky you'll find that size in the rack" kind of thing. The dressing rooms were FILLED with clothing people just and didn't clean up (clean up for yourself, jeez! ), and there were some items without tags so we had to go get price tags for a couple items. There were things like picture frames, dolls, and a few furniture things like coffee tables, some miscellaneous items, we've seen cool pillow cases, blankets, etc. Though, it's more (in my opinion) for clothes than that. We've also found good shoes, bags, though we couldn't find any dresses I liked, lots of VERY brightly colored dresses or they were too big haha. The store is nice to go to for people with not much money (such as myself) to get maybe a pair of pants for 5$, or a shirt for two, so of course it's not gonna look the nicest. Nonetheless I've found good clothes there so it's a win in the end.

Nice and clean goodwill, prices high but the problem is you can Not take the shopping cart out. Even if you purchase 80 books like me, they don’t allow you to take card out or help you they just rudely say “ you can not take the cart out, I don’t care how are you going to carry them to your vehicle”

Manager is horrible. They refuse to help people in need with donations. I worked there and saw the amount of stuff they throw away. It's disgusting. STOP donating to them! Donate somewhere else. If you don't believe me go work there for a day . They will take a 99 cents item and slap a 7.99 tag on it.

I walked into the store today with my two kids and my mom. The first thing that happened to me was, the manager told me my kids couldn’t run inside the store, I told my kids to please stop running, and then as they started to walk towards the toy section she told me that they needed it to be next to me. I completely understood again and told my kids to stay next to me. I was walking through the aisles with my mom and my kids. I went to the furniture section by myself where my kids follow me after that, one of them was sitting on a chair and my daughter was stepping on one of the walkers where you do exercise then this manager come up to me and told me that I needed to leave the store because my kids were crawling on the furniture Which I knew it was not true because I was with them. She told me that she was looking at the cameras which is also not true, because I saw her from far away Where the clothes is located. What pisses me off the most was that there was a piece of furniture that I donated to the store that they were selling for $50 I also had two bags full of clothes in my car to donate to this store as well as my mom was already purchasing something from the store. So these store lost a customer and a donator at the same time. I told her if she wanted to call the cops on me I’ll wait for them then I found out that I was banish from returning to the store. Thats their lost. But I just wanna say this is the worst manager they shouldn’t have someone like that working at the store.

I worked there as a temp worker for my 1st. Time. The 1st shift Management did not greet me; the 1st thing that was said to me was the sign-in sheet was in the other room and I couldn't have my bag. I had to introduce myself to them and ask them for their names. Most of the women that work there have smart mouths and attitudes. For EXAMPLE: I was working in the donation/ sortation center and approached an associate who was working in the hardware depart to ask a question concerning an item that they accept. Well, before I could get the question out of my mouth she rudely interrupted me without letting me ask her the question so I walked away.I told a leader about it and they just let her get away with it because nothing was done. The 2nd shift Management did not come great nor know my name either. I was addressed as "sir" in a very grumpy kind of way. I had to introduce my name to 2nd shift Management as well. The workload was very strenuous, a lot of the furniture and TRASH was heavy at times. It's fast pace and can often become challenging depending on the flow of donations. Management DOES NOT check on you at at. I can recall 2nd shift Management coming back there twice or 3 times to be snazzy and complain about how we need empty bins with her rude self. There was A FIGHT before my shift ended between two Female associates who were working out front near or on the registers!!!To top it off, Management didn't even give out breaks!!!!!I felt underpaid and disappointed as if because I was a temp worker I didn't matter and was beneath them. I didn't appreciate my hard work being overlooked and feeling like I was just a do boy, when after all, if you're in need of a temp agency, then apparently you need the help!!! Us temps hold it down and should be treated better!!!I would not recommend working at "this location" unless leadership creates better basic people skills and learns how to set the tone for the atmosphere of their employees.I also want my presence and my work to feel valued.

Prices are too high. A lady I met while shopping said that prices are high when one particular lady works because she bases prices off of eBay. If we wanted eBay prices, we would shop at eBay but this is Good Will!!!! These items are donated!!!!

Ginormous selection of cloths. New items daily and their tagging system is useful, it tells you what day the item was put out. I have found Levi's, Tommy Hilifiger and South Pole pants here. However, the fitting rooms can sometimes be trashed, especially the left one of the men's sections this one always smells awful and had cloths everywhere. Not to mention, there is usually a line to check out. Apart from that there is lots to find.

The place was extremely messy with clothes out of place, and the dressing rooms were very disorderly. Their systems were down (which might not be this store’s fault) so the lines were extremely long, and then we were unable to check out even after waiting half an hour.
