Many customers have shopped there for years and find good items, including brands like Levi's. The employees are always nice. The store is noted for having great prices on clothes, furniture, plates, and glasses, which is helpful for people with not much money. However, some customers feel the prices are getting a bit pricey on certain items. The organization of the store, such as the size racks, can be inconsistent. The dressing rooms are often filled with clothing and can be trashed, with one noted as smelling awful. There is usually a line to check out. Despite these issues, the store's useful tagging system and the opportunity to find valuable items make it a win for many shoppers.
Big store packed with stuff. Prices seemed to be higher than most other goodwills in the area.

Rivergate location. Might want to lower your prices to thin out the stuff piled up on the shelves and falling off. After all, everything was donated to you for free but some of the prices are the same as if it were brand new.

I myself think that Goodwill has gone way up on their prices!! The owner is steadily getting richer!
