Worst customer service I have ever had!!! I have worked in the auto claims industry since 2005 and I wouldn't recommend Hertz rental to my worst enemy! IF anyone acutally shows up to work at this location they definitely haven't received any customer service training.

Rented a car for 7 days, brought it back 2 days early cause the vehicle was no longer needed due to our personal car getting repaired sooner. They never refunded me the difference so I called them. They said they can't do refunds so basically just paid for a car for 2 extra days with no use even after car was returned. Robbery! Then I talk to someone else she claims the best she can do is give me reward points for the 2 days so I settle cause I can just use it again later. Now to this day the points are missing?? And hertz has yet to reach back to me!

So they let me book the car... drive all the way to Madison to get the car only to be told I can't use a debit card for same day rental... this should be on the website... you will lose costumes this way... you should be ashamed.. the workers don't even try to make it better...I caught an uber and had to wait in the parking lot for the other to come get me... you all should be ashamed

Enjoyed my little Kia today; didn't know it could be so fun. But what impressed me was watching Marcus and Kyle. They never stopped moving! And were pleasant/knowledgeable the whole time! Better take care of em, Hertz! They work hard, juggling a lot of customers/phone calls/paper work/car washes--and they make you look good. By the way, the only reason I was there was that my go-to rental agency was sold out. I'll be coming back to Hertz.

Rented a vehicle for 4 days, the pick up was rough.The rental system allows this location to be overbooked for vehicles, so make sure you call ahead of time to ensure your reservation can be fulfilled. Due to our trouble with renting, Marcus did right by us and threw us a deal on the gas return policy. Will definitely rent from them again.Thanks!

This location seems to make everyone upset! I pre-paid for a rental and they rented it out before I could arrive. The manager on duty, Silvia, seems to enjoy letting people down. Customer service was of no help, and I never got a rental car.

The young lady at the front desk did her best, but 2 days in a row the store manager had left early leaving her to try to cover everything and knowing she wasn't yet qualified to do some of the transactions. After finally settling my account, I called back to get the number for the regional manager only to be placed on hold and then finally told me there wasn't one by the general manager. Her name was Jamie, and she apologized for all of the inconvenience and stress. She promised to give me a refund of one of the fees. It has been almost 2 weeks, and she hasn't done that nor responded to my emails. It is very frustrating and exemplifies poor customer service.

I made reservations and 2 hours before pickup, Eric called and said that they DO NOT have any cars available. I have emailed Jamie Hish, GM, to Inquire about the "reservation" policy on june 26 and followed up on July 6 but no response. What is Hertz business practice to take reservations and NOT honor them?

Very slow and unfriendly. Charged for wife to drive because we used my credit card. Really felt like I was a bother. I am sorry I burden them very impatient to show you how to operate controls

Rented a car for 3 days. Filled up the tank even though it was 1/3 when I got it. Took it back on time, but their office was closed even though the hours says they should be open. Put the key inside the box. Then charges started to happen to my credit card every day was a new large amount charge. I don't even know if I will get refunded. Everything I did was in order. Not happy! I would avoid this place.

Honestly to expensive! The Monthly Rates even to lease a vehicle for a month if your an Uber driver. 800 a month. Not to mention Uber Takes on average 43% of the riders profits. Even tho they claim 20ish percent. When you factor in slow times drivers drive further per mile customers don’t really tip. So longer miles city driving busier times. It makes it not worth to lease or conduct business with A rental agency. To much profit gouging on one end & not enough pay on the other end.On the other hand the vehicles I’ve used with y’all before.Better than enterprise at least.

Reserved a vehicle at this location and was told they had no vehicles at all. I took an Uber from downtown just to pick up the vehicle and was told no Hertz had vehicles in the area. Why accept the reservations…

I had a smooth, enjoyable experience with Hertz. It was easy to find. My reservation was done online so there wasn't much that needed to be done on-site. I only had to do the deposit, receive their rental agreement, take photos of the car, and obtain the keys. Interestingly the agent was able to take the photos from inside the building. We were given a Blue 2020 Ford Escape. The Escape was phenomenal on gas, rode smoothly, included a panoramic sun roof, and very spacious for my two daughters and I. Prior to returning the vehicle, the Ford Escape along with 19 other vehicles were the targets of a string of car break-ins. This scared me because I have never experienced this before. Officer Marli was prompt and helpful with the police report. I was able to contact Hertz immediately and received help from an agent named Tasia. She was phenomenal. When I returned the vehicle we filled out all necessary forms along with the insurance and police report. I highly recommend Hertz 712 Gallatin North, and I will be returning as a customer. Thank you for your wonderful customer service.
