After Covid the service level dropped dramatically and the current staff is far from accommodating and rude

I would recommend staying here. The staff were wonderful and it is beautiful inside. Be prepared to pay $4 for water.

The hotel is new and the best of its class in the area. Rooms, lobby are modern and clean. It’s well located near an upscale mall and excellent restaurants. Carmen took extra good care of us.
