This Kroger supposed to close at 10 o’clock. I got here at 9:50 and they said they will not anybody in. What kind of customer service is this

I barely set foot inside the place and the manager rudely told me that there are only 5 minutes left since it was 9:50 pm. I just wanted some medicine for my sick baby. I felt bad about the treatment and I preferred to go somewhere else. They will treat me better.
