This location is strictly using self check outs and the workers are just standing around doing nothing. Having to see older people who can barely stand being forced to try to scan there groceries is just cruel. You guys need to do better or give us a discount for having to scan this stuff.

I had over $200 worth of groceries to buy on a Saturday midday and there were NO cashier lanes open. I had to use self checkout and get video reviewed 3 times by staff (who took their sweet time eating chips and checking his phone before coming to help me). It took me fully 20 minutes to check out, there was not enough room for all I was buying on the bag turntable thing and when I double bag he had to come check behind me like I was trying to steal something. There were tons of people there but almost no staff. I’ve been coming here for 10 years since I moved to the neighborhood and have watched this store go downhill. It’s so sad but I’ll go somewhere else from now on.

I know prices for groceries are high everywhere but Kroger is getting ridiculous! Compared to other grocery stores they aren't just a little higher but substantial higher. That little gas point per dollar isn't going to be enough to keep customers when they are literally charging a dollar, two dollars, and in some cases double the price for the same product as their competitors. All I can say is good luck gouging people with apparently more money than sense, I'm shopping somewhere else!

The worst store in the area. Brianna will not open lanes so if you just go in for 1 iten you are there for 45 min to 1 hr to check out. Way to run a business “Store manager “!!!?

I am reluctant to rate Kroger with one star, but my experiences have led me to this decision. Despite repeated visits, I've consistently encountered challenges with their customer service, particularly the lack of available cashiers. On my last visit, during a busy morning with a dozen people in line, we all had to use the self-checkout, including myself with over 90 items. This situation seemed to reflect a broader issue with management's attention to customer service needs.Additionally, the store's produce section was disappointing. The stock often appears incomplete, and finding fresh, quality produce has been a challenge. On one occasion, a broken glass door in the produce aisle was hastily covered with a bag, which did not seem like an appropriate or safe solution. These experiences have unfortunately diminished my view of the store's commitment to providing a satisfactory shopping experience. It's my hope that these issues will be addressed for the betterment of the community and future customers."

When visiting my family in the METROPOLITAN Nashville area, the local grocery store choice is the neighborhood Kroger's.Helpful employees, security guard, and an exceptional Manager by the name of Breanne, make this Kroger Store location great!

Instead of having prices readily available, they force you to use coupons and download the app and make the process very complicated just to buy something on sale. That means they have more information on you and as a consumer we have to put more effort into getting prices that are publicly advertised. The app itself is so clunky and they have self-checkout lanes only. There wasn't a single cashier open which is super inconvenient. I used to really love Kroger but it's going down a very corporate path. I hope they do better.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Delivery order was left in the rain by mailboxes at my apartment rather than my door and when requesting a refund it takes 7-10 buisness days. Deleting this app and using Walmart instead

This Kroger is a blessing to the Thompson Lane community. We're a highly diverse population and this Kroger steps up in ways that might not be apparent at first glance. Reann in Customer Service went above and beyond to help me this week. The Pharmacy is First Class. The self-checkout attendants are my favorite. Sure, there are rocky days in grocery & retail in this strange world, but the staff here rally together and rise above.

I always find what I want and more at Kroger's but sad to say the Kroger's on 61 East Thompson Lane self-checkout has one staff that does not pay very good attention to people in need at the self-checkout when there is an issue with the register she is a young female and I will leave it at that maybe the management will address that issue
