The granite stone slab used for my counter was confirmed by the manufacturer to be very defective, eligible for a pre cut return or As Is heavy no warranty discount. But Lowes cut and installed it poorly anyways, likely took the discount. Big crack all the way through 2 back backsplashes and a counter, front and back (cannot lay flat). 2 very random tennis ball size very yellow resin fill spots. Then 60% of the veins are rough, raised because they were poorly polished. Some were resin filled and then excess resin smeared after. Other veina were just scratched and not polished down as much as the rest of the counter. So lots of dull matte lines and smears on an otherwise shiny surface.
As for the install.... Since the counter wasn't great, they just rested the entire thing on a few shims and cabinet corners, didn't disperse weight evenly at all or fill the 98% of gaps remaining. Causing parts of the cabinets to shift/crack. Beyond using a hand bubble level they just eyeballed it so the main countertop and island were offcenter. A seam that will wear fast in the heaviest traffic spot was put right next to the sink when in writing they agreed to and confirmed no seam. But transporting 5ft pieces is cheaper. Seam glue was messy. Backsplashes had .5-1" gap from the wall. One backsplash fell 30 minutes after install. They requested my brand new sink ($300) for fitting; in the 5 minutes they had it, they cracked and covered it in glue that won't come off, it's ruined.
Lowe's then tells you that you can't touch the counters until the fabricator returns to inspect your claim, or it voids the warranty/your refund. (Even though you haven't accepted them) Meanwhile fabricator takes over a week to return and you're stuck without a kitchen sink or usable counters. Also the more time that passes, the more likely they'll try to pin it on you. And why would a fabricator that knowingly installed a defective slab terribly, suddenly disagree with their own work and issue a refund/replacement??? Obviously they won't do anything other than offer either some crappy non matching remnant piece and touch up epoxy, at most. Then you're forced to do a chargeback and they come to snatch back the counter and leave you with no replacement since your old one was demolished.
I expected a shotty install, not a shotty slab. A defective slab can't just be touched up. Fabricators inspect slabs before they cut them, they know that they assume liability once the slab is cut and that pre cut non conformity repairs are no longer eligible for credit. So sorry....I find it hard to believe that didn't spot these defects.
Update: They sent a guy to do some easy fixes to the install. 1st guys were just lazy. But as expected they are just trying to say that the slab is as good as it gets. Even where a 2'x2' piece broke off and was glued back on....keep trying to tell me "it'll hold so what's the issue?". Also told me to live with the defective polish job and resin fills....that the manufacturer says are normal....which isn't true.... Ultimately I think they source the repaired defective discounted slabs and hope you don't notice. I wouldn't trust what they tell you about warranties either. Keep trying to tell me the manufacturer will cover XYZ, which isn't true....there's very little a manufacturer covers on an installed counter.

Terrible Management, better Associates. I usually don’t shop here but my client wanted a specific product from here, so I went in looking for the product. When I saw it wasn’t in the aisle it should be I started looking for help.
I found the STORE MANAGER (TY) and he was very rude. I asked him if he could help me find the product to which he replied by telling me the aisle #. I asked him to show me because I did not find it on my own after looking for it, then he said he was busy helping others. I understood and told him I would wait for him and he said he would not come back because he was too busy. He started raising his voice after I was asking him to show me instead of pointing at the aisle.
Once he raised his voice I almost left out of being disrespected by a salaried employee. He didn’t call anyone to help me or decide to come back after whatever he was doing. Luckily for the store, I needed the product so someone else helped me place the order after they investigated and saw it was online only. My order was almost $800 and honestly did not feel like it should have been spent here. I hope there is better customer service training put towards management because behavior like this from A MANAGER is unacceptable in any store.

There's a serious rat problem that has been there for over a year. It's definitely worse now. You will smell it the moment you walk in the door and if you go to the plant section you will hear the bird seed falling and the scratching from the rats.

Nikki, who is like kind of manager from front desk, you are the worst manager representative I have ever met. Very rude woman, she was completely unprofessional and wasn’t willing to understand me as a customer. Because of such representatives like Nikki, I will never be back to Lowe’s anymore!

NEVER TOO Late to share a BAD experience!! This Lowe's location and their partner , Diakon left me with damaged kitchen floors and blood to clean up by installing a simple ice maker which took them 3- 4 months to install (LOWE'S poor service , wrong parts, etc ).
Diakon 's investigation focused on the carrier's statement and not the evidence. No accountability and poor service in the claims department. Time and money were both taken from me by Lowes and Diakon. My response and their claims department letter attached.

Absolutely no one answering the phone lines in any department, in any store, or warehouse. I literally was trying to reach an actual human for over 2 hours.
Will only deal with in store purchases if ever required.
I feel this company is in desperate need of customer service employees to just pick up and say "hello?"

On 1 December 2024, I purchsed a brand new refrigerator for my wife. The delivery date was set for 7 December 2024. The refrigerator came damaged and was sent back. The delivery driver called Lowes warehouse in Nashville and spoke with Mrs. Tanu and told her that the refrigerator was damaged. I also spoke with her as well and she told me it was at least 35 more refrigerator in stock. So I asked can it be expedited since it was damaged and not our fault. She gave me a date for the 17th of December 2024. I wasn't happy that I had to wait another 10 days for the refrigerator. Then, called back and this time I spoke with Mrs. Michelle and she was told me she was going to speak with the supervisor when he/she come in a 2 pm that day. She later called me back and said it will be delivered on the 15th of December 2024 between the hours of 12 pm and 3 pm. Today I received a call amd left a voicail at 4:55 pm stating the delivery time has changed to arrive between 3 pm and 7 pm. I am not happy about this at all and no one seems to care when I get my merchandise. If the delivery driver makes the schedule to deliver the person on the phone should not have given me a time of delivery.

Terrible store, nobody wanted to help. I stood in line for a long time. Asked for help and didn't get any. Finally found an attendant who told me they don't carry the part which was online showing to be in this store.

Awesome Lowes location in my opinion. Good & helpful staff, great location & store usually has the products that you're looking for.
